The Israeli military boats on Friday morning opened fire on the Palestinian fishermen's boats near Al-Sudaneyya shore northwest of Gaza Strip. The attack came after the Israeli soldiers located a 'suspicious' boat, according to the Israeli website "0404".
The website reported that the Israeli Navy ordered the fishermen to go back to the territories they're allowed to fish in before they open fire on them. It was also reported that the Palestinian fishermen went beyond the fishing-allowed territories in Al-Sudaneyya shore.
No injuries were reported.

Israeli soldiers attacked the weekly nonviolent protest against the Israeli Annexation Wall and Settlements, in Bil’in village, near the central West Bank city of Ramallah, leading to several injuries.
The protesters marched in the streets of the village, carrying Palestinian flags and chanting for national unity, steadfastness and ongoing struggle against the Israeli oppression, occupation, its apartheid wall and colonies in occupied Palestine.
They also called for ongoing activities against Israel’s illegal annexation of Palestinian lands, and for the release of all political prisoners held by Israel.
One Palestinian was shot and injured by an Israeli gas bomb to the leg, and many suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation, the Popular Committee Against the Wall and Settlements in Bil’in said.
Bil’in residents, along with Israeli and international peace activists, have been holding weekly nonviolent protests against the Wall and Settlements for the tenth year, rejecting the illegal Israeli occupation, and its ongoing oppression against the Palestinian people, their lands and their holy sites.
This week’s protest also comes to express the Palestinian rejection to the Israeli plans to displace and remove the Bedouins, to replace them with illegal colonies, and the ongoing Israeli policies that aim at removing the Palestinians from their lands.
The Popular Committee also strongly denounced the ugly crime carried out against the Jordanian pilot who was burnt to death in Syria, and sent their condolences to the Jordanian people.

Palestinian medical sources have reported that two children were injured, on Thursday evening, after several Israeli military vehicles invaded Ya’bad town, southwest of Jenin city, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank. Soldiers also kidnapped a child, and a wounded young man, in Hebron.
Head of the Ya’bad Local Council, Samer Abu Bakr, said the soldiers invaded the town, and drove around in its street, before clashing with local youths who hurled stones and empty bottles at the invading forces.
Medical sources said Mahmoud Bassam Hamarsha, 14 years of age, was shot by a live round to his leg, and Abdul-Rahman Khader Mer’ey, 16, was shot by the dumdum expanding live round. Many residents received treatment for the effects of tear gas inhalation.
The WAFA Palestinian News Agency said the soldiers also invaded a coffee shop, near the schools' area in the town, and attacked a number of local youths.
Abu Bakr said many families were unable to return to their homes due to extensive military deployment, and the large number of gas bombs, and live rounds, fired by the soldiers.
Also on Thursday evening, soldiers kidnapped Sa’ad Mohammad al-Haddad, 21, after shooting him in the leg, near an army roadblock in the Old City of Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank.

On Monday, February 2nd, Palestinian demonstrators faced military violence at the hands of Israeli forces in occupied Al-Khalil (Hebron).
Protesters gathered in Bab Al-Zawiye, on the H1 (Palestinian administered) side of Shuhada checkpoint, to denounce Israeli president Reuven Rivlin’s visit to the illegal Israeli settlement of Beit Hadassah.
Israeli soldiers and border police fired rounds of tear gas and numerous stun grenades, injuring at least two protesters.
The demonstration was organised by local Palestinian organisation Youth Against Settlements against the visit of the Israeli president to the settlement, which is illegal under international law and serves as a frequent source of oppression and violence against local Palestinians. Palestinians claimed their own rights, trampled by the military occupation, in the face of the visit’s attempt to legitimate the settler colonisation. Some signs called for opening the once vibrant and now closed Shuhada street, some for an end to the illegal settlements, some for President Rivlin to be brought before the International Criminal Court.
Around fifty Palestinians began the demonstration outside of Shuhada Checkpoint, holding signs and banners and hanging Palestinian flags on the fence. Israeli forces stopped them from passing through the checkpoint, preventing them from protesting on Shuhada street, near where the president was due to speak. As protesters continued to demonstrate, holding signs, waving flags and chanting for an end to occupation, a group of Israeli soldiers and border police exited the checkpoint and pushed protesters further back. Soldiers also occupied the roofs overlooking Bab Al-Zawiye “I just heard a soldier on a roof say ‘okay, enough’ and five minutes later they started throwing stun grenades and tear gas,” stated an ISM activist. “It was extremely sudden, and very scary.”
Israeli forces targeted Palestinian activists and organizers, hitting many in the legs with stun grenades and tear gas grenades. One man was hit directly with a stun grenade, which detonated right by his leg. “He screamed and fell down, rolling on the ground” one ISM activist recalled. Another man was also hit in the head with a stun grenade after the Israeli forces continued to use potentially lethal force against unarmed Palestinian protesters.
Demonstrators then attempted to continue the protest into the souq (Al-Khalil’s Old City market), but Israeli forces threatened them with stun grenades and prevented them from advancing. The protesters decided to go back after the army launched one stun grenade directly into the group of demonstrators. The protest eventually dispersed in Bab Al-Zawiye, after being targetted by a few more rounds of tear gas grenades.

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) raided a secondary school located between Laban and Sawiya towns to the south of Nablus city.
Speaking to the PIC reporter, the school’s headmaster Adnan Hussein said that three Israeli military vehicles surrounded the school on Wednesday morning.
Israeli forces were heavily deployed in the school’s vicinity before breaking into it despite the students' presence in their classes, he added.
Tear gas and sound bombs were fired in the main yard and at classes, which led to a state of extreme anxiety among the students. No injuries were reported during the raid.
Nearly 400 students were evacuated after the suspension of the school day, the headmaster pointed out.
An Israeli officer has threatened to carry out arrest campaigns and more break-ins into the school in case stone-throwing incidents continued against IOF soldiers and settlers in the area.
The local secondary school has been frequently subjected to similar break-ins and attacks after alleged stone throwing attacks were reported against Israeli forces or settlers.
In this regard, Hussein appealed to the Palestinian Ministry of Education and human rights institutions to protect the students’ lives and safety.

Israeli forces Wednesday opened gunfire at Palestinian farmers as they were farming their borderline farmlands to the east of Khan Younes, according to WAFA correspondence.
Soldiers, stationed in military watchtowers and deployed along the border, indiscriminately opened fire on Palestinian farmers as they were plowing their farmlands, forcing them to leave.
No casualties were reported in this new cross-border attack which constitutes a flagrant violation of the ceasefire deal that ended the latest deadly Israeli onslaught on the war-ravaged coastal enclave.
Israeli Forces routinely open fire on Palestinian farmers and other civilians if they approach large tracts of borderline land that Israeli forces have deemed off-limits to Palestinians, as well as on fishing boats sailing within the six-nautical-miles zone.
The buffer zone extends between 500 meters and 1500 meters into the Strip, effectively turning local farms into no-go zones.

According to UNOCHA, 17 percent of Gaza's total land area and 35 percent of its agricultural land were within the buffer zone as of 2010, directly affecting the lives and livelihoods of more than 100,000 residents in Gaza.
Israel and the Palestinian factions agreed on a ceasefire deal this past August, ending the latest deadly Israeli onslaught on Gaza that claimed the lives of over 2,200 people, overwhelmingly civilians.
The ceasefire deal stipulated that Israel would immediately ease the blockade imposed on the strip and expand the fishing zone off Gaza's coast, but it has failed to do so.
Continuing the Cairo-brokered talks on the other key issues was repeatedly postponed in the wake of November attacks against Egyptian soldiers in the Sinai Peninsula.
Israel has imposed a tightened blockade since 2007 after Hamas won the democratic legislative elections and took over power in the strip.

Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened machinegun fire at Palestinian farmers and houses in central Gaza on Tuesday with no causalities reported.
A field observer told Quds Press the IOF soldiers, stationed at military locations to the east of al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, opened machinegun fire at houses of Palestinians near the border area.
The shooting coincided with unusual movements inside the border line, he said, noting that Israeli drones were flying over the area at the same time.
The incident is the latest in a series of IOF violations of the truce agreement signed between Palestinian resistance and the Israeli occupation with Egyptian mediation on August 26, 2014.

Israeli Navy ships opened fire, on Tuesday at dawn, on a number of Palestinian fishing boats in Gaza territorial waters, in Rafah, in the southern part of the coastal region.
The Palestinian Safa News Agency said the navy fired heavy rounds of live ammunition towards the boats, forcing the fishers to sail much closer to the shore, fearing for their lives.
It added that the navy also fired bursts of live rounds, close to the shore, before medics and rescue teams rushed to the scene to aid the fishers; no injuries were reported.

Local sources said soldiers, stationed on military towers, and military vehicles, across the border fence, opened fire on the farmers and their lands in an attempt to prevent them from entering their property, close to the fence.
Around 2137 Palestinians, including 578 children, 264 women, and 103 elderly, have been killed, while more than 11100, including 3374 children, 2088 women and 410 elderly, have been injured as a result of Israel’s war on the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip; dozens died of their wounds later on, while many still face life-threatening condition.
The Egyptian-mediated ceasefire agreement includes allowing the Palestinian fishers to sail within six nautical miles in the Gaza Sea, with an incremental expansion in the allotted area.
Under the Olso accords, the Palestinians are allowed to fish, and sail within 20 nautical miles, but Israeli kept attacking them, and repeatedly unilaterally reduced the miles to three, then to six.

Clashes broke out afternoon Monday between the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) and a group of Palestinian activists after the latter rallied in protest at a visit to be paid by the Israeli president Reuven Rivlin to the southern West Bank city of al-Khalil.
Palestinian activists said heavy volleys of tear gas grenades and rubber bullets were unleashed by the Israeli occupation troops on the peaceful Palestinian protesters who flocked in Bab al-Zaouia, near al-Shuhada'a street in al-Khalil, in protest at Rivlin’s projected stopover in the city.
A number of peaceful Palestinian rally-goers sustained injuries and others choked on tear gas as the IOF violently disbanded the demo.
Rivlin’s projected visit falls in line with intents to prop up Judaization schemes in al-Khalil city, the activists further warned.
The Mayor of al-Khalil, Kamel Hamid, slammed the intended visit, dubbing it an attempt to legitimize the Israeli occupation and boost up illegal settlement in the city.
“This is a blow dealt by the extremist Israeli government to the efforts made by the international community to restore peace and Palestinians’ legitimate right to rule their state freely and independently,” the mayor said.
“This is also a barefaced violation of Israel’s obligations as an occupying power under international law,” he added.
