Hundreds of Palestinian workers from the West Bank have been forced to leave their workplaces in the 1948 occupied territories after Israeli border cops have aggressively cracked down on them.
A PIC news reporter quoted a group of Palestinian workers as stating that they have been subjected to maltreatment and harsh castigation by the Israeli occupation police.
“As soon as we reached 1948 Occupied Palestine, we could barely, if ever, move from one area to another due to the ambushes and raids set the one after the other by the Israeli border policemen,” the workers were quoted by the PIC as reporting.
Reports were also released on the heavy beating to which the workers, who do not have access permits, were subjected before being dragged to Israeli detention centers.
One day earlier Israel’s prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued orders to tighten grip around the necks of Palestinian employees working in the 1948 occupied territories.
The workers further spoke out against the arbitrary break-ins and assaults launched by the occupation army in such a remarkably abrupt and aggressive manner as part of Israeli intents to chase down Palestinian workers and torture them.
The victims further raised alarm bells over the mass-abduction campaign waged over recent days against Palestinian workers and the psycho-physical torture they have been made to endure both in the detention and pre-detention phases.
The Israeli occupation troops also intensified deployment across flashpoints in an attempt to kidnap more workers.
