Israeli military forces shot and killed three Palestinians on Monday morning in two separate alleged anti-occupation attacks in the southern West Bank province of al-Khalil.
Israeli media reported that two Palestinians were fatally shot as they purportedly opened fire on and sought to run over Israeli occupation soldiers near the illegal Kiryat Arba settlement on the outskirts of al-Khalil.
An Israeli soldier was injured during the exchange of gunfire between the Palestinian pair and the Israeli occupation soldiers.
Moments later, Israeli military forces shot and killed another Palestinian youth in the same area as he allegedly tried to carry out a similar car ramming attack. Two Israeli soldiers sustained injuries in the second assault.
Reporting from the scene, a PIC correspondent said Israeli ambulances rushed to the area but did not provide urgent medical assistance to the Palestinian casualties, leaving them bleeding on the ground to death.
The Israeli occupation army sealed off the main entrances to eastern and southern al-Khalil and blockaded Palestinians’ movement out of and into the area.
Israeli Soldiers Kill Three Palestinians In Hebron; Four Soldiers Injured
Israeli soldiers killed Monday, three Palestinians in two separate incidents, in the al-Baq’a area, in the southern West Bank city of Hebron. The Israeli army said four soldiers were mildly wounded in the two attacks that took place nearly 30 minutes apart.
The military stated its soldiers killed two armed Palestinians, “after they opened fire on soldiers waiting at the bus stop," in Keryat Arba’ colony, in Hebron city.
It added that, nearly 30 minutes later, a Palestinian was shot dead when he reportedly injured a soldier after ramming his car into a bus.
The army said four of its soldiers were mildly wounded when the two Palestinians opened fire on them before the soldiers killed them.
The two have been identified as Qassem Farid Jaber, 31, and Amir Fuad Na’im al-Juneidi, 22, from Hebron city.
The two were in driving a car before they reportedly opened fire on Israeli soldiers, wounding three.
Approximately thirty minutes later, another Palestinian, identified as Yousef Waleed Tarayra, 18, was killed after the soldiers claimed he tried to ram them with his car.
Palestinian medics rushed to the scene but the army closed the area and prevented them from approaching the wounded Palestinians, who eventually bled to death.
It is worth mentioning that Jaber and al-Juneidi sell fruits and vegetables in the al-Baq’a area, known as Hebron’s Fruit Basket due to its fertile nature and rich water resources.
Israel considers the area strategic due to these facts, in addition to its plans to use the Palestinian lands for expanding Kharsina and Keryat Arba’ colonies, and to link them with each other.
In addition, dozens of Israeli soldiers invaded the family homes of Qassem Jaber, in the al-Baq’a, and Amir al-Juneidi, in the Sha’aba area, in Hebron city, in addition to the home of Yousef Tarayra, in Bani Neim town, east of Hebron.
The soldiers violently searched the homes of the three slain Palestinians and interrogated the families.
The army also placed sand hills, closing the Beit Ummar’s main road and the al-Fahs area, while dozens of soldiers were also deployed in the Beit ‘Einoun Junction.

Israa Abu Khusa 6
A six-year-old Palestinian girl on Saturday succumbed to wounds sustained earlier in the day when her home was hit during Israeli airstrikes in the northern Gaza Strip.
Gaza’s Ministry of Health spokesman Ashraf al-Qidra confirmed that Israa Abu Khussa had died due to critical injuries. Her death came hours after her 10-year-old brother,Yasin, was killed in the strike and buried in the al-Salatin cemetery.
The Israeli air force had reportedly targeted four Hamas sites in the northern Gaza Strip early Saturday after four rockets were fired from the besieged enclave the evening before.
A Ma’an reporter based in Gaza said the children were in their house at the time of the airstrike, located in northwestern Beit Lahiya, adding that the family was still living in their home that was partially destroyed during the most recent Israeli offensive on the strip in 2014.
The Israeli army said the rockets fired from Gaza had landed in open areas in southern Israel, without reporting damage or injuries.
Head Israeli army spokesman Peter Lerner called the rocket attack an “example of extremist incessant efforts to threaten the security and safety of the people of southern Israel.”
Lerner, citing a total of seven rockets fired from the blockaded Palestinian territory since the start of the year, said the military would “continue to protect against those who threaten innocent lives and Israel’s sovereignty.”
Over 190 Palestinians and 30 Israelis have been killed since violence increased in the occupied Palestinian territory and Israel in October, nearly 30 of whom were killed by Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip.
A two-year-old Palestinian and her pregnant mother were killed in October when an Israeli airstrike caused their home to collapse in southern Gaza City, a five-year-old was killed by unexploded ordnance last month, and a number of others were shot dead during demonstrations near the border.
Several rockets were fired from the blockaded coastal territory into southern Israel last year, with the Israeli military launching retaliatory airstrikes in nearly every case.
Although much of last years' rocket fire was claimed by small militant groups operating in Gaza, Israel consistently holds the territory's de facto leaders Hamas responsible, and generally targets the group's military infrastructure in response.

Israeli war jets also fired, at least, one missile into an area, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, causing damage to several homes.
Two Israeli missiles were also fired in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, and struck an open area, in the Sourani Mountain area.
The Israeli army claimed its bombardment of the Gaza Strip came in retaliation for four rockets, reportedly fired from the coastal area, into areas south of the country.
It said that sirens were sounded in the Negev town of Sderot and Sha’ar HaNegev settlement, adding that the missiles "landed and detonated in open areas, causing no damage or injuries."

Israeli forces shot dead a 16-year-old Palestinian boy after he allegedly attempted to carry out a stabbing attack at a military checkpoint outside the blockaded village of al-Zawiya in Salfit district on Wednesday morning.
Israeli soldiers also shot and wounded a second Palestinian during the deadly encounter, although the circumstances were not initially clear.
An Israeli army spokesperson told Ma'an that an "assailant armed with a knife" had approached the checkpoint on the outskirts of al-Zawiya intending to stab soldiers there.
She said that Israeli forces "thwarted" the attack, shooting the Palestinian dead. She had no information about a second Palestinian being shot during the incident.
However, local official Naim Shqeir told Ma'an that two Palestinians were shot during the incident and "left bleeding" when Palestinian Red Crescent ambulances were prevented from accessing them.
Locals identified the killed boy as 16-year-old Ahmad Yousef Amer.
Shqeir said that Israeli soldiers also assaulted a vendor selling vegetables in a pickup truck who was travelling in the area.
No Israelis were injured during the incident.
The village of al-Zawiya in the northern West Bank was placed under military blockade late on Tuesday after it is believed one of its residents carried out a stabbing attack near Petah Tikva, around seven miles east of Tel Aviv.
The 17-year-old, identified as Abd Al-Rahman Radad, was shot dead after wounding an Israeli man. However, the exact circumstances of the incident remained unclear, with early reports suggesting it may have been a brawl between the Israeli and Palestinian, as opposed to an attack.
Radad was one of four Palestinians shot dead on Tuesday after a series of attacks left an American tourist dead and at least 12 Israelis wounded.
The violence carried into Wednesday, with another two Palestinians shot dead outside Jerusalem's Old City in the morning after they allegedly carried out a shooting that left a Palestinian with Israeli citizenship in critical condition.

An Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) agent was killed on Tuesday during an operation in Gaza, Israeli sources reported on early Wednesday morning.
Israel’s Channel Two said the occupation army approved broadcasting the piece of news, adding that the circumstances surrounding the officer’s death are being investigated.
Among the possibilities being checked is whether an Israeli occupation soldier made a mistake in identifying the man as he stood near Gaza’s border fence, and wrongly took him for a Palestinian.
No more details have been cleared for publication by Israeli media outlets.
An observer said the incident is a proof that occupation soldiers are not recruited on the basis of their defensive capacities rather on how far they are ready for bloodshed and arbitrary murders. “This is no wonder in fact.
For an Israeli colonizer, the human being is no more than a number in a pile of preys that have to be chased no matter the means and costs,” she added.
