Salama Mousa 23
A Palestinian young man was killed and 38 others were wounded along the eastern borders of Gaza Strip Friday afternoon during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces (IOF).
Dr. Ashraf al-Qudra, the health ministry spokesman, said that the 23-year-old youth Salama Mousa was killed by IOF bullets east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza Strip while the number of those injured rose to 38 by the evening hours.
Eyewitnesses said that groups of young men demonstrated against IOF atrocities in eastern Khan Younis and were met with heavy gunfire on the part of the IOF troops. They said that Mousa was hit in his torso while four others were injured with live bullets.
The PIC reporter said that a 40-year-old paramedic was injured with a teargas canister in his head in the clashes to the east of Breij refugee camp while a young man was reportedly in critical condition due to gunshot wounds.

Tharwat Ibrahim Sharawi, 75
A 75-year-old Palestinian woman was killed by Israeli gunfire north of al-Khalil city Friday afternoon. Israeli occupation forces claimed she tried to run over soldiers.
Palestinian health ministry sources told the PIC reporter that Tharwat Ibrahim Sharawi, 75, was critically injured in the Israeli gunfire and that she succumbed to her wounds shortly after arrival in hospital.
Eyewitnesses, however, said that the woman driving a Hyundai car was entering a petrol station when the soldiers opened heavy fire at the vehicle fatally wounding the woman driver.
Hebrew newspaper Yediot Arhonot said on its website that the woman died during her transfer to hospital in occupied Jerusalem in an Israeli ambulance.
The PIC reporter quoted eyewitnesses as saying that the soldiers fired more than 15 bullets at the car’s windshield, adding that the bullets directly hit the woman.
Ayub Sharawi, the woman’s son, denied the IOF story, affirming that his mother was planning to have lunch with her sister.
Bystanders said that IOF soldiers blocked arrival of ambulance to the petrol station and only allowed an Israeli one to transfer the casualty.

Mourners carry the body of 22-year-old Palestinian Ibrahim Skafi, who was shot dead after he allegedly rammed his car into an Israeli troops on Wednesday injuring two of them, during his funeral in the West Bank city of Hebron on 5 November.
Israeli forces shot dead Fadi Hasan al-Froukh on Sunday, claiming that the 27-year-old had tried to stab one its soldiers guarding the entrance to Sair village, near Hebron in the occupied West Bank.
Al-Froukh was one of eight Palestinians, including two children, killed by Israeli occupation forces between Thursday, 29 October and Wednesday, 4 November, the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) reported on Thursday.
Two more Palestinians were killed on Thursday.
Firas Muhammad Miqdad, an 18-year-old fisherman, was shot dead by Egyptian forces off the coast of Gaza, and 25-year-old Malik al-Sharif was killed by Israeli forces after an alleged stabbing attack on soldiers in Gush Etzion settlement near Bethlehem.
On Wednesday, Israeli forces deployed near the entrance of Halhoul village north of Hebron shot dead 22-year-old Ibrahim Skafi after he ran into Israeli troops in the car he was driving, injuring two of them.
At least 70 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire since 1 October, approximately half of them shot dead after alleged attacks which killed 9 Israelis.
But videos of many of the incidents show that Palestinians were killed when they posed no harm. Human rights groups have slammed Israeli forces for executing Palestinians as part of a shoot-to-kill policy.
Israeli forces injured 129 Palestinian civilians, including 25 children, in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, many with live ammunition, between 29 October and 4 November.

Palestinians inspect damage at the Minbar al-Hurriya radio station in Hebron on 3 November after Israeli soldiers stormed it and destroyed and confiscated equipment.
The army also carried out nearly 100 raids into Palestinian communities in the West Bank, including 14 in Jerusalem, during that same period. More than 100 Palestinians were arrested, including 35 children, and Israeli forces raided and shut down the Minbar al-Hurriya radio station in Hebron.
A house and three apartments belonging to several Palestinian families were destroyed on Monday as part of what PCHR termed Israel’s efforts “to create Jewish majority in occupied East Jerusalem.”
An Israeli settler ran over a Palestinian on the road between Qalqilya and Nablus in the northern West Bank on Sunday. PCHR reported that Alaa Hasan Ibrahim al-Khatib, 25, from Jayyous village, sustained arm fractures and a cut on his head.
Amnesty International last week called on Israel to protect Palestinians from frequent settler attacks, but Israeli colonists continue to enjoy blanket impunity and protection from the army.

There was no evidence that Fadi al-Froukh attempted to stab anyone before he was shot dead near Sair village on Sunday, PCHR said.
Fadi al-Froukh did not pose a grave threat, PCHR adds, and “the Israeli soldiers could have arrested him as he was physically disabled.” Ma’an News Agency’s reporter Daa Yayha reported from Sair that al-Froukh, the eldest of four sons and the father of a 20-day-old baby girl, was hit with approximately 10 bullets. An eyewitness told Ma’an that al-Froukh had jumped down from an elevated olive grove behind a relative’s home and onto the field where he was shot. |
The eyewitness said that while al-Froukh would have known there were soldiers stationed in vehicles in the area, he was surprised by the ones near the field. The eyewitness said the soldiers opened fire on him directly.
He added that al-Froukh was left on the ground for almost an hour without treatment, until one of the Israeli soldiers examined him and found him dead. He was later taken away by the Israelis.

This video shows Israeli soldiers examining al-Froukh’s body. The soldiers can be heard shouting “son of a whore”:
One soldier speaking in Hebrew says al-Froukh “came suddenly” but there is no description of an attempted attack. A voice also says “I thought it was a soldier.” Al-Froukh is the third person from Sair village to be killed in recent weeks. On 26 October, Israeli forces killed 17-year-old Iyad Jaradat and 22-year-old Raed Jaradat. Shortly before he was killed, al-Froukh had taken part in the funeral of Raed Jaradat and there had been confrontations between occupation forces and youths in the area. |
Teenager executed
PCHR investigated the 2 November killing of 16-year-old Ahmad Abu al-Rab and the wounding of another teenager, Mahmoud Kamil, 17, near al-Jalameh military checkpoint in the north of the occupied West Bank.
Both boys are from Qabatiya village near Jenin.
That morning, PCHR says, the teens were at a gas station about 50 meters from the checkpoint, where Israeli soldiers apparently viewed them as suspicious.
The soldiers got out of their jeeps, stopped the boys and pointed their weapons at them.
“The Israeli soldiers ordered the two children to take off their clothes,” PCHR states. “When Abu al-Rab pulled out a knife, the Israeli soldiers opened fire at him and killed him immediately and then fired at the lower part of Kamil’s body.”
Kamil was wounded and arrested. PCHR called the shootings a crime of excessive force.
The killing of Abu al-Rab fits the pattern of summary executions incited by Israeli leaders and condemned by human rights organizations.

On 24 October, video captured the extrajudicial execution of 16-year-old Ahmad Kamil at the al-Jalameh checkpoint, and a week later Israeli forces killed 17-year-old Mahmoud Nazzal there.
PCHR says that Nazzal was seen running toward the checkpoint but that “he was not holding any sharp tool with him.”
“The Israeli guards stationed at the watchtower shouted at him to stop, but he started saying ‘Allah Akbar,’” PCHR said. “One of the guards fired around eight live bullets at him, so he fell to the ground.”
The Israelis then “pulled his body for around 100 meters to the crossing gate and left him on the ground.”
They prevented Palestinian medics from treating him, but after two hours handed his body to the Palestinian Authority.
“Erosion”The Israeli human rights group B’Tselem this week condemned the sharp rise in the use of live ammunition by Israeli occupation forces against Palestinian civilians.
The group says that since the start of October, five Palestinians were killed by shots fired by Israeli forces during demonstrations in the West Bank, excluding East Jerusalem, and hundreds have been injured.

IDF Spokesman
A 19-year-old soldier who started serving in March, foiled two recent attempted stabbing attacks in nine days.
A soldier who foiled an attempted terror attack at a Gush Etzion hitchhiking station on Thursday evening had also stopped two terrorists during an attempted attack about a week ago. He shot three terrorists attempting to kill Israelis within nine days.
Corporal T', 19, began his service in March 2015, and already won praise from his officers for his coolheaded and speedy response to a previous incident last week, during which he shot and killed two terrorists.
According to the officers, his alert and accurate response during the incidents was even more impressive given the fact that he is a "regular", young soldier who has only been serving in the IDF for eight months – with only less than two months of operational activity.
The Shimshon Battalion to which the soldier belongs has been over the past month facing a large portion of the terror attacks north of Hebron.
"As we guarded the junction, we noticed the suspect, told him to cross the road to us and when he reached us he pulled out a knife with the intention of stabbing the friend who was with me," the soldier recalled in a conversation with ynet. "At that moment I cocked my weapon and shot him. During another stabbing attempt a week ago, I shot two terrorists in order to remove the threat."

Malek Talal al-Sharif
Israeli occupation soldiers fired at and killed a Palestinian youth near Gush Etzion crossing, south of Bethlehem, Thursday evening for allegedly intending to stab a soldier.
The Hebrew Walla website claimed that the Palestinian young man was planning to stab a soldier but the soldiers fired at him before carrying out the attack and killed him instantly.
The Palestinian health ministry said that the youth, who was killed in cold-blood near Gush Etzion crossing, was from al-Khalil, and identified him as Malek Talal al-Sharif.
The Israeli media usually claim that a stabbing attack was planned before the soldiers kill the suspect in a bid to clear the soldiers from any wrongdoing.
75 Palestinians, including minors and girls, were killed while more than 1,500 others were wounded by Israeli gunfire since the start of the Jerusalem Intifada on octrober1st.

Ibrahim Samir Ibrahim Skafi 23
Israeli soldiers shot and killed, on Wednesday, a young Palestinian man, near Halhoul town, north of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, allegedly after he rammed two soldiers with his car, seriously wounding one. Video
The army claims the Palestinian driver, Ibrahim Samir Ibrahim Skafi, 23 years of age, deliberately targeted the soldiers, before the soldiers shot him dead.
Eyewitnesses said the soldiers shot Skafi, from Hebron city, with at least four live rounds, although he was already injured behind the driver’s seat.
Several Israeli ambulances rushed to the scene to provide medical aid to the wounded soldiers, while the army prevented a Red Crescent Palestinian ambulance from approaching the scene.
Following the incident, soldiers closed the area, and sealed the Gush Etzion junction to all Palestinian traffic.
Clashes later took place between the soldiers and scores of local youths.
In related news, several Palestinians suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation, during clashes with Israeli soldiers near the ‘Aida refugee camp, north of Bethlehem.
The soldiers also invaded Teqoua’ town, east of Bethlehem, and clashed with local youths.
Palestinian youth executed after car-ramming attack
A Palestinian youth was killed Wednesday afternoon after running over two Israeli soldiers to the north of al-Khalil.
The Israeli TV Channel 7 reported that the two soldiers, one of them an officer, were seriously injured in the incident at Halhoul junction.
The Israeli TV Channel 10 later reported that the critically wounded officer died of his injuries at hospital while the other soldier was still in serious condition.
Hebrew website 0404 said that soldiers at the scene showered the Palestinian driver with machinegun fire killing him instantly.
Palestinian media identified the young man as 22-year-old Ibrahim Samir Eskafi from al-Khalil city.

Ahmed Abul Rub 16
The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened their gunfire at two Palestinian youths at Jalama checkpoint near the northern West Bank city of Jenin killing one of them, a 16-year-old boy, on the spot.
Israeli media sources said that one Palestinian minor was killed on Monday while the second was arrested at the scene although he suffered different injuries after allegedly attempting to attack Israeli soldiers with a knife.
Palestinian workers, passing near the checkpoint at that time, affirmed that Israeli soldiers suddenly opened heavy fire at two Palestinian youngsters while passing through the crossing. One of them was shot in his head.
The victim was identified as Ahmed Abul Rub, 16, while the injured detainee was identified as Mahmoud Kamil.
Israeli forces closed the checkpoint and prevented medical crews’ access to the injured. Palestinian workers were also attacked and brutally beaten following the incident.
Three Palestinian youths have been killed at Jalama checkpoint since the outbreak of Jerusalem Intifada under the same pretext of allegedly attacking Israeli soldiers.
Nearly 70 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces over the past month during demonstrations and after attempted and alleged attacks on Israeli forces.

Hassan Farroukh 27
Israeli forces shot and killed a young Palestinian man in the village of Beit Einoun east of Hebron after an alleged stabbing attempt, Palestinian and Israeli sources said. Also Sunday evening, in Sa'ir town, north of Hebron, three Palestinians were shot with live rounds by Israeli forces and wounded, and taken to Beit Jala government hospital in Bethlehem.
The man who was killed on Sunday was identified as Fadi Hassan al-Froukh, 27. Video
A paramedic from the Red Crescent said Israeli forces would not allow their medics to examine the young man.
"Israeli soldiers forced us at gunpoint to leave the area," the paramedic said. "From the amount of bleeding, the young man must have been shot several times."
A Palestinian witness said that he saw Israeli troops firing several rounds at a "young man" who was "far" from the main street. The witness said the young man fell to the ground before Israeli soldiers surrounded him.
Israeli soldiers covered the body with black plastic before taking the body away in a military ambulance to an unknown destination, witnesses said.
Witnesses added that Israeli forces also assaulted journalists who tried to come close to scene, forcing them to leave the area.
Also on Sunday at dawn, Israeli soldiers invaded Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, and kidnapped four Palestinians, including two teenagers, during extensive searches of homes and property. The kidnapped have been identified as Yahya Ahmad Sabarna, 25, Ibrahim Khalil Abu Dayya, 25, Malek Bassam at-Teet, 16, and Soheib Khaled Sabarna, 17. All of them are former political prisoners.
The death of Fadi brings the total number of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces since the start of last month to 72.
8 Israelis have been killed in attacks by Palestinians during the same time period.
On Friday, Qassem Mahmoud Sabaneh was shot dead after an alleged attack on an Israeli border policeman in Nablus, and Ahmad Hamada Qneibi, 23, died from his injuries hours after he was left bleeding on the ground, after allegedly attacking and injuring an Israeli in occupied East Jerusalem (though eyewitnesses have said he did not attack anyone).
An eight-month-old Palestinian baby also died Friday after inhaling tear gas when clashes broke out in Beit Fajjar village south of Bethlehem.
International leaders have pointed to the decades-long Israeli military occupation as the root cause of the violence, with US Secretary of State John Kerry earlier this week referring to the current situation as "unsustainable."
Israeli soldiers execute Palestinian youth
Israeli occupation forces (IOF) executed a Palestinian youth in Sair town to the north of al-Khalil Sunday afternoon.
A terse statement for the Palestinian ministry of health said that IOF soldiers fired at a Palestinian young man, north of al-Khalil, and prevented ambulance crews from extending help to him, which led to his martyrdom.
Hebrew media as usual claimed that the youth tried to stab one of the soldiers, which prompted them to shoot him down.
However, eyewitnesses on the scene said that the 27-year-old Hassan Farroukh was gunned down while standing in vineyards at the bypass road 60 near the entrance of Sair village.
They said that the youth never came near to the soldiers who opened heavy fire at him then left him on the ground bleeding. He did not attempt any stabbing attack, they asserted.
The eyewitnesses said that the soldiers blocked paramedics from approaching Farroukh and stripped him then put him in a black sack and took him away in an Israeli ambulance.
The murder of Farroukh brings the number of Palestinian victims of Israeli shoot-to-kill policy to 73 since the start of October.
