Dozens of Israeli settlers stormed on Wednesday morning al-Aqsa Mosque—the third holiest site in Islam—via the Maghareba Gate.
Hordes of Israeli settlers, escorted by policemen, broke into al-Aqsa Mosque as part of the morning break-in shift and carried out a round of sacrilegious tours.
Dozens more are expected to show up at the site during the afternoon break-in shift.
On Tuesday evening, the Israeli police banned four Palestinians from al-Aqsa for a period of two weeks after they arrested them near the main entrance gates to the site and subjected them to intensive questioning at al-Qishleh detention center, west of Occupied Jerusalem.

The PIC obtained a version of the volunteer’s testimony she provided to B’Tselem field researcher, Manal al-Ja’bri, and refrains from publishing the video since the language used in it is too despicable to quote.
The B’Tselem volunteer who filmed the incident from her window said the following:
“At 6 p.m. I went up to my apartment, which looks out over al-Hariqah neighborhood and the settlement of Kiryat Arba. At first I ignored the settlers’ party, but they turned the music up just when the muezzin called out for evening prayers from the mosque. They started mocking the prayer and insulting the Prophet Muhammad”.
“I saw a military jeep on the hilltop where the settlers were gathered. There were several other soldiers on the road below, which looks out over al-Hariqah Street that runs by the settlement. I began filming”.
“The settlers began to use foul language and call out obscenities concerning me, Islam, and especially the Prophet Muhammad. The Israeli soldiers and police did nothing to stop them. This was not the first time: about a year ago, I documented settlers swearing, using foul language and calling out obscenities against the Prophet Muhammad while soldiers and police allowed them to continue.”

Israeli rights group B’Tselem released a video today showing a group of settlers from Israel’s illegal Kiryat Arba settlement, in the southern occupied West Bank district of Hebron, hurling abuse through a loudspeaker at Palestinians in the area.
In the presence of Israeli soldiers and police, settlers used a loudspeaker to hurl insults at Palestinians in the Al-Hariqah neighbourhood on Thursday, insulting Islam and the Prophet Mohammed, whom they called a dog, PNN reports.
According to B’Tselem’s statement, once the settlers noticed a Palestinian woman – a local volunteer for the group – filming them, their scathing language was directed at her and they began to threaten her with sexual violence. B’Tselem noted that the incident continued for hours.
Despite the disturbing threats, Israeli forces did not intervene. Occupation forces have been known to standby idly as Palestinians are abused by Israeli settlers.
The unidentified volunteer provided testimony to B’Tselem, in which she said that the Israeli settlers were having a party on a hilltop nearby and turned their music up when the Muslim call to prayer was sounded from the mosque. This is when they began insulting Islam.
When she started filming “the settlers began to use foul language and call out obscenities concerning me, Islam, and especially the Prophet Muhammad,” adding that it was not the first time that she has documented Israeli settlers insulting Islam in the presence of Israeli forces.
She told B’Tselem that as a Muslim, she was “extremely offended by the insults” against the Prophet Muhammad. “As a woman, I felt terrible hearing the foul language directed personally at me for filming them,” she said.
Over recent weeks, there have been routine reports of Israeli settler attacks on Palestinians and their homes in the Hebron district, particularly in the Old City.

Activists from Peace Now Movement demonstrated Tuesday at al-Magharba gate where MKs Yehuda Glick, of Likud party, and Shuli Moalem-Refaeli, of the Jewish Home, broke into al-Aqsa Mosque.
The Movement expressed protest at the Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's decision to allow members of the Knesset to enter the holy site in a one-day trial.
According to Maariv website, MKs intending to enter the Mosque must obtain the approval of the Knesset's security commander and the Jerusalem police chief.
Based on the decision, MKs will be able to enter the site through Bab al-Magharba only at times when Jewish settlers are allowed to visit it. Political speeches and media interviews are not allowed during the visits, and MKs are prohibited from entering the Islamic Waqf offices.
Arab MKs announced that they will enter al-Aqsa Mosque whenever they want and not when Netanyahu wants.

Two members of the Knesset (Israeli parliament) and dozens of fanatic settlers stormed on Tuesday morning holy al-Aqsa Mosque, in a tension-provoking move.
Reporting from Occupied Jerusalem, a PIC news correspondent said extremist MK Yehuda Glick accompanied by 25 Israeli settlers broke into al-Aqsa. Shortly after, another MK from the Jewish Home party, along with 21 settlers, showed up at the site.
Presentations on the history of the alleged temple mount were delivered all the way through the break-ins.
At the same time, the Israeli police have come down heavily on the Muslim guards and peaceful worshipers at al-Aqsa.
On August 23, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave a green light for Tuesday break-ins at al-Aqsa by Israeli MKs, in anticipation of further escalation at the holy site.
Meanwhile, Jerusalem’s Islamic authorities called on the Palestinians to intensify presence at the site so as to defend it against Israel’s sacrilegious schemes.

Israeli soldiers invaded, on Tuesday at dawn, the northern West Bank city of Nablus while accompanying several buses of Israeli colonists, headed towards “Joseph Tomb” area, east of the city, and clashed with many Palestinians before wounding two and abducting one.
Media sources in Nablus said the clashes lasted for several hours, and that the soldiers fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs.
They added that the soldiers shot and injured two young Palestinian men, inflicting mild-to-moderate wounds.
The soldiers also abducted a young man, identified as Mousa Suleiman Sa’ada, and took him to an unknown destination.
Joseph’s Tomb is revered by Jews, Muslims, Christians and Samaritans. Though Jewish Israeli settlers regularly visit the site to perform Talmudic rituals under the claim that it belongs to the biblical Joseph, historical novels stress that the tomb belongs to one Sheikh Yusef Dweikat, a local religious figure.

Dozens of Israeli settlers late on Sunday evening attacked the Abu Rajab family at their home, which was occupied by Israelis a few weeks earlier in al-Khalil province.
Reporting from al-Khalil, a PIC news correspondent said extremist Israeli settlers aggressively beat the elderly house owner, Ali Abu Rajab, and his wife. The latter was left bleeding on the ground.
On Sunday evening, the Israeli Channel 10 said an Israeli court ruling ordered settlers to leave the Abu Rajab family home within a week or they will be evicted by force.
A few weeks ago, Israeli settlers occupied the home, located near the Ibrahimi Mosque, in al-Khalil, claiming they own the building.
The Abu Rajab family contested the takeover and filed a petition before an Israeli court.

The Hebron Reconstruction Committee managed to achieve an Israeli High Court ruling evicting Israeli colonists, illegally occupying “Abu Rajab” home, in the southern part of the West Bank, after the family proved its legal ownership of the property.
The court also asked the prosecution to ensure the eviction of the colonist, to which the prosecutor’s office responded that they needed a week to “negotiate with the settlers,” and if no agreement is reached, they “will be evicted by force at a later date.”
Resident Hazem Abu Rajab Tamimi, one of the owners of the property, said the Israeli ruling consists of 35 pages, adding that the family lawyers were not informed about its contents until they demanded a copy.
“The ruling is a very positive development,” he said, “We hope that the illegal colonists will be removed from our home as soon as possible,” he added.
Following the ruling, the colonists illegally occupying the property, assaulted a 55-year-old woman from Abu Rajab family, causing minor cuts and bruises, before local medics moved to a clinic.
Abu Rajab stated that, since the colonists occupied the first and second floors of the building, they have been constantly harassing the family, but it remained steadfast and determined to stay here, and regain their lawful ownership of their own home.
“For more than three weeks, the colonists have been trying to keep us out of our own home, but we will never leave; we will not abandon it for them to occupy,” he said.

A source in the Israel Security Agency, Shin Bet, reported a new generation from the Revolt movement, a radical Jewish extremist group in the West Bank area, and its members, are concentrated in the Bladim settlement outpost, near Nablus.
The “formal generation” of this organization was responsible for crimes against Palestinians, including the arson attack of the Dawabsha family house in Douma village, near Nablus, in which three members of the family were killed, including 18-month-old baby, Ali.
The group is also responsible for arsoning The Church of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes, on the shores of Lake Tiberias. The announcement of the emergence of this second generation is a warning of “radical Jewish terrorism”, Haaretz daily reported on Sunday, according to the PNN.
Members of this terrorist organization, which emerged from the extremist nationalist right-wing Hilltop Youth group, attack Palestinians, non-Jewish sites and Israeli leftist activists as well as Israeli soldiers, as a form of revolt, since the soldiers, they claim, did not “use much force against the Palestinians” during the eviction of Amona settlement outpost near Ramallah, back in February.
It was thought that their terrorist activities had stopped. However, Shin Bet’s surveillance operations confirm that member of the organization who are Jewish kids and young people are re-gathering in order to organize more acts of terrorism.
The leader of this organization, Meir Ettinger, is the grandson of the fascist Rabbi Meir Kahana. Shin Bet described him as “the number one goal of the Jewish circle”.
The Israeli army had dismantled the illegal settlement outpost of Baladim. The Shin Bet reported that the groups has lessened its activities following the evacuation of the outpost, the arrest of a number of members of the terrorist organization, and after issuing . of the organization.
However, Haartez quoted a source whom they described as always consequent on both Shin Bet and Hilltop youth activities. The source wrote that describing this group as a “terrorist organization” is exaggerated, and that the The Revolt movement is an unknown social group. It has a few dozen members who are between the ages of 16 and 25,and they do not act like an organized terrorist group.
Shin Bet also reported that, in addition to the new members of the group, old members of the group are returning. The group’s new activists do not know the methods of the Shin Bet, but are eager to carry out the activities of the organization and have no fear or intention of holding back, as the old members.
The group has committed several acts of terror, following the evacuation of the Amona settlement outpost, including the burning of two cars in Howwara and Burin, near Nablus. They have also attempted to damage a diplomatic car near the Spanish council in Jerusalem.
Shin Bet announced that it has the names of almost ten new members of the group and, since the beginning of this year, the Israeli army also issued 47 administrative orders against members of the organization, 28 of which are still effective. Only five activists are in prison, following a breach of administrative orders against them.

Israeli settlers have attempted to hold sway over new Palestinian lands and water resources in Nablus’s southern town of Madama in favor of illegal settlement expansion.
According to activists from Madama town, a series of snapshots propagated on social media networks show Israeli settler hordes from Yitzhar illegal settlement as grabbing hold of a Palestinian land tract in the area.
The Israeli settlers are also caught on pictures while transferring water lines to an adjacent swimming pool and turning a fertile land planted with almonds and figs to a touristic zone.
The settlers also launched calls for a mass presence in the area so as to impose a new fait accompli on the ground.
Madama village council announced the launch of a project to document the Israeli violations against Palestinian land and water resources in the area.

An eight-year-old Palestinian girl died on Saturday after a Jewish settler ran over her in Beit Dajan near al-Hamra military barrier in Jordan Valley.
A medical source revealed that the slain child was identified as Asil Abu Own from Jaba town in Jenin. She died of her serious wounds after she was run over by a settler’s car, according to WAFA news agency.
Many Palestinian children and even adults died in similar incidents by Jewish settlers in Occupied Jerusalem and the West Bank. Although most of the incidents were carried out deliberately, yet Israeli occupation authorities did not take any punitive measures against the perpetrators.

Eyewitnesses reported on Saturday morning that Israeli settlers' bulldozers razed an Islamic Waqf (endowment) land near Ezbat Abu al-Basal to the west of Salfit.
They told the PIC reporter that a large factory was previously built on this land by settlers to be part of factories belonging to the nearby Ariel settlement.
For his part, Palestinian researcher Khalid Maali said that settlers have seized part of the Islamic Waqf lands in Salfit in the land-razing operations conducted in the industrial area of Ariel settlement.
Maali affirmed that Israel's settlement expansionist practices in the West Bank, which violate international humanitarian law, constitute a prelude to ending the Palestinian state dream by dividing the West Bank into isolated cantons.

Israel’s Channel 2 reported that, yesterday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave authorization for Knesset members to storm Al-Aqsa Mosque next Tuesday.
Netanyahu issued an order prohibiting members of the Knesset from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque in October of 2015, since the outbreak of the uprising in Jerusalem. In July, he temporarily lifted the ban following a legal petition by far-right Knesset member Yehuda Glick.
This decision, according to the PNN, was made after security considerations determined that the storming of Al-Aqsa by Israeli groups, including ministers and MKs, are a major factor in provoking Palestinians. The Al-Aqsa Mosque is the third holiest site in Islam.
Dozens of settlers storm the mosque, under the protection of the Israeli police, on a daily basis. UNESCO deemed Al-Aqsa Mosque an Islamic heritage, last October.
In protest to the ban Yehuda Glick organized a raid at Al-Aqsa Mosque yesterday, in which over 130 right-wing Israelis stormed the compound under the protection of Israeli police, while Glick performed prayers outside the holy site’s gates.

Dozens of Jewish settlers along with officials on Thursday staged a provocative evening march in the Palestinian Silwan district of Occupied Jerusalem and entered a house that had been already sized and turned into a synagogue in Baten al-Hawa neighborhood.
A reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said the settlers were carrying Torah scrolls and Israeli flags as they were marching to the house that was appropriated a few years ago at the pretext that it was once a synagogue.
Member of the Silwan Land Defense Committee Fakhri Abu Diyab said that scores of Israeli police forces were deployed throughout the area and on rooftops of homes to protect the participants in the march.
Abu Diyab affirmed that Israeli agriculture minister Uri Ariel, right-wing Knesset members, and officials from the Jewish House Party, and Ashkenazi chief rabbi of Jerusalem Aryeh Stern were among the participants.
He pointed out that it was the first time for the settlers to hold a march in Silwan district.
Silwan and its neighborhoods have become targeted with Judaization projects. The Israeli occupation authority still seeks to demolish several Palestinian homes in the district in order to build a park for its settlers.
In 2005, it started to notify local residents of its intent to raze their homes for the park project, but it had to delay its step several times after home owners managed to extract court verdicts freezing demolition orders.
However, the Israeli municipality in Jerusalem now threatens again to demolish the homes in Silwan after it rejected all the structural blueprints they submitted for their neighborhoods.

Israeli Soldiers Prevent Hebron Mayor from Visiting Schools as Settlers Mutter Death Threats
Israeli forces, on Wednesday, assaulted Hebron’s mayor, Tayser Abu-Sninieh, and prevented him from visiting the schools in the old city of Hebron, due to the start of the new school year.
The old city of Hebron is located in the H-2 area, a mix of areas B and C. Area C falls under full Israeli military and civil control.
One of the infamous settlers in the old city named “Ofer” verbally assaulted the mayor, threatening to kill him. He also instructed Israeli soldiers not to allow Abu Sneineh to enter the area and take him out by force.
According to the PNN, Israeli forces summoned a troop from the army in order to force everyone in the area to leave.
Abu Sneineh carried out a tour this morning in several schools with the Director of Education in Hebron Atef Al-Jamal and the Palestinian DCO director in Hebron Mohammed Yassin as the new school year.

An Israeli court ordered Tuesday the eviction of the Shamasna family from their home in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem.
Earlier on Monday, the court had refused an appeal submitted by the family against the eviction order which was issued several years ago.
Speaking to the PIC reporter, Mohamed Shamasna expressed concern that the family house could be evicted at any moment.
For his part, Hatem Abdel-Qader, a member of Fatah movement's Revolutionary Council, considered the eviction order as a political decision par excellence which only serves Israeli settlers.
Israelis have claimed that Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood was once the site of a 19th century Jewish community. Many families in the neighborhood have been embroiled in legal disputes for decades, as various Israeli settlers have attempted to claim ownership over their homes.
According to the Israeli law, Jewish Israelis are permitted to claim ownership over property believed to have been owned by Jews before 1948 during Ottoman or British rule. However, such a law does not exist for the hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refugees who were displaced from their lands and homes during and after the establishment of the state of Israel.

Nearly a hundred Israeli settlers have stormed Monday morning the al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem under Israeli police protection.
Quds Press affirmed that 96 settlers, escorted by heavily-armed Israeli troops and led by a number of guides and rabbis, entered the holy Islamic site through the Israeli-controlled Bab al-Maghariba early today.
The settlers staged lengthy stopovers in various parts of the al-Aqsa Mosque courtyard during the incursion.
Israeli policemen were heavily present at the entrance gates to the Mosque; and thoroughly checked the identity cards of Palestinian worshipers.
The occupied Palestinian territories have witnessed escalating tensions ever since Israeli forces imposed restrictions on the entry of Palestinian worshipers into the al-Aqsa Mosque compound.

Hundreds of Israeli settlers accompanied by Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) stormed the town of Kifl Haris to the north of Salfit on Monday morning and performed Talmudic rituals.
The IOF set up control points and checkpoints at the entrances to the town in order to protect more than one thousand settlers who stormed Muslim shrines in the village.
Local sources affirmed that several Israeli vehicles stormed the area while carrying dozens of settlers who performed provocative Talmudic rituals.
Israeli settlers routinely carry out provocative break-ins into the town in an attempt to wipe out Salfit’s Islamic identity and falsify the city’s history by claiming that sacred Islamic shrines belong to Israeli prophets.
