Israeli fanatics are believed to be behind the slashing of car tires and the spray painting of hate graffiti on cars in two different East Jerusalem areas, according to Israeli police.
According to WAFA, a spokesperson said that the tires of several cars parked in the French Hill and in Sheikh Jarrah areas were slashed and anti-Arab Hebrew graffiti such as “Death to Arabs” were spray painted on cars.
Israeli police claimed that an investigation has been opened into the incident after several Palestinians filed a complaint about the attack, the PNN further reported.
These “price tag” attacks are usually perpetrated by Israeli extremist settlers, and include the desecration of mosques, damage to Palestinian property, and the writing of racist graffiti on the homes of Palestinians.

Dozens of extremist settlers and Jewish students guarded by tight security stormed, on Sunday morning, Al-Aqsa Mosque from Mughrabi Gate.
At 11 am, Israeli occupation police closed the gate at the end of the morning incursion. It usually opens the gates at 7:30 am and deploys forces inside and at its doors.
The media coordinator in the Department of Islamic Endowments in occupied Jerusalem, Firas Debs, said that 75 extremists and 15 Jewish students stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque in groups, and toured the various areas of its courtyards under the protection of Special Forces.
He further explained, according to Al Ray Palestinian Media Agency, that 750 foreign tourists also stormed the mosque, and walked in his courtyards.
He pointed out that the Israeli police stationed at the gates continued to restrict the entry of worshipers to the holy site, and seized their personal ID cards before allowing them to enter.
Since the morning, dozens of worshipers from Jerusalem and the occupied Palestinian territories have come to al-Aqsa and joined the Quranic circles.
Al-Aqsa Mosque witnesses daily incursions by settlers, except on Fridays and Saturdays, during the morning and evening periods, under full protection from the Israeli occupation police which imposed restrictions on the Palestinian entry.

Dozens of Palestinians protested last night, on Ibn Jibriol street in the Wadi Saleeb area of Haifa, Israel (pre-1948 territories), following the death of a young Palestinian girl identified as Nada Ibadh, aged16, after an Israeli settler ran her over with his car.
The protesters shut down the street, which is called “ the street of death” in denunciation of the repeated ran-over incidents in the same street, with no responsible body taking action.

Israeli police arrested a 65-year-old settler on suspicion of his involvement in the accident.

Dozens of Israeli settlers stormed Wednesday morning the al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the Israeli-occupied Jerusalem amid heavy police protection.
More than 150 settlers forced their way into the holy site through al-Magharibah Gate under tight protection of several groups of Israeli soldiers and special police forces.
The settlers carried out provocative tours in various parts of the Mosque's yards in total provocation to Palestinian worshipers.
The settlers’ provocative tours came as Jewish groups called yesterday for mass break-ins into the holy shrine during Jewish holidays.
Israeli police forces intensified since the morning hours their presence throughout the occupied city to provide protection for the settlers’ break-ins.
The occupied Palestinian territories have witnessed escalated tensions ever since Israeli forces introduced restrictions on the entry of Palestinian worshipers into the al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem in August 2015.

Dozens of Israeli settlers stormed, on Sunday morning, Al-Aqsa Mosque compound from Mughrabi Gate, under heavy guard from Israeli special police, in a clear deliberate violation of its sanctity on the second day of the holy month of Ramadan.
According to Al Ray Palestinian Media Agency, Israeli occupation police opened Mughrabi Gate at 7:30am, deploying its elements and special units in the mosque courtyards, in order to provide full protection for the extremists.
The media coordinator in the Department of Islamic Endowments in occupied Jerusalem, Firas Aldebs, said that 77 extremists and 50 students stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and organized provocative tours in various parts of its yards.
Thousands of citizens performed Eshaa and Taraweeh prayers on the first day of Ramadan in the courtyards of the mosque amidst Israeli measures.
Al-Aqsa Mosque is the third holiest site in Islam and is also venerated as Judaism’s most holy place. Disputes surrounding visitation to the site have historically flared tensions in the occupied Palestinian territory.
In 2003, the Israeli government unilaterally decided — despite the objections of the Islamic Endowments Department — to allow non-Muslim visitors into the complex.
Since then, under increasingly right-wing Israeli governments, extremist Jewish settlers have been allowed into the site in ever greater numbers — usually protected by Israeli security forces — while Palestinian access to the site has become increasingly restricted.
Christians outside of the Levant remain divided on the issue, as biblical end times prophecy states: “I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.” ~Revelation 21:22
However, settler attacks on Christian holy sites have been progressive in recent years, and are on the increase.
