Hebrew sources reported that the Israeli police on Wednesday arrested a Palestinian citizen at a checkpoint north of Occupied Jerusalem over alleged knife possession.
Hebrew website "0404" said that a force of border guards stationed at Qalandia military checkpoint north of Jerusalem arrested a Palestinian from the Gaza Strip.
The website, which is close to the Israeli army, claimed that the 32-year-old detainee was carrying a knife, and that is why he was taken for interrogation.

Heavily-armed Israeli patrols rolled into the southern occupied West Bank province of al-Khalil on Monday and chased down Palestinian youths on allegations that a settler’s van was stoned.
Israeli sources claimed that Palestinian anti-occupation youth hurled stones toward a settler’s minibus parked near Kiryat Arbaa illegal settlement outpost, built on Palestinian land in al-Khalil.
The van had its front bumper broken after it deviated from its route and crashed into an electricity pole due to the alleged stone-attack.

Israeli police on Monday evening rounded up three Palestinian youths after allegedly torching Israeli flags in Occupied Jerusalem.

Israeli soldiers on Wednesday evening opened fire at a Palestinian vehicle after its driver allegedly tried to ram them near the road junction of Ni’lin town, west of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
According to the Hebrew media, the soldiers’ shooting forced the car to drive away towards the nearby village of Deir Qaddis.
Afterwards, military reinforcements were dispatched to the area, where a widespread search campaign was launched to look for the car and its driver.

Hebrew media sources claimed that a group of Palestinian resistance fighters on Tuesday evening opened fire at Sheari Tekva settlement east of Qalqilya.

Palestinian medical sources reported on Monday evening that a man died from serious wounds he suffered Sunday when an Israeli colonial settler shot him near Mishor Adumim colony between Jerusalem and Jericho.
The sources said that Mohammad Abdul-Karim Marshoud, 30, died from his serious wounds on Monday evening. The Israeli army claimed that the Palestinian attempted to carry out a stabbing attack with a screwdriver near Mishor Adumim colony.
Israeli media sources said that an Israeli settler claims that he was driving in his car near the settlement when he saw a Palestinian allegedly holding a screwdriver and chasing an Israeli man. Mohammad Sobhi Anbar was shot in front of the military roadblock east of Tulkarem last Monday April 2nd, and was taken to the Mayer Israeli Medical Center.
He remained in critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit until Sunday, when he died of his wounds.
While he was in a coma, an Israeli military court held a hearing and made a ruling against Anbar, claiming that he was planning to attack Israeli soldiers at the checkpoint, despite a complete lack of evidence of that claim.
His brother Khalil Anbar said that the Israeli Army informed the family of his death, and added that he was shot in the abdomen, pelvis and the legs, and one of his legs had to be amputated during surgery. He said his brother underwent several surgeries in the days since he was shot.

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained a Palestinian young man while trying to cross Abul Reesh road barrier near al-Ibrahimi mosque in al-Khalil city on Thursday.
Eyewitnesses told the PIC reporter that IOF soldiers rounded up the youth, whose identity was not known yet, and took him to an army jeep claiming that he was carrying a knife and tried to stab soldiers.
