Israeli soldiers opened live fire and shot teargas grenades this morning at Palestinian farmers near Khan Younis in the south of the Gaza Strip forcing them to leave their lands, reported WAFA correspondent.

Israeli soldiers shot and seriously injured, on Friday evening, a young Palestinian man, abducted another and caused several others to suffer the effects of teargas inhalation, after the army chased Palestinian workers near Jenin, in northern West Bank.
Media sources said the soldiers chased the Palestinian workers near the illegal Annexation Wall, which was built of lands belonging to residents of Rommana village, west of Jenin. video

Several army vehicles breached the northern Gaza borders east of Gaza City, went in dozens of meters into agricultural land east of Zaytoun neighborhood to the southeast of Gaza City, razed land and built dirt mounds while shooting in the air, he said.
The army also prevented farmers from reaching their lands.
Israel unilaterally enforces a 300-meter deep buffer zone inside the Gaza Strip on their common borders and often shoots at anyone who enters this area.

Palestinian residents of al-Sawahre village, southeast of occupied Jerusalem, today confronted Israeli soldiers who broke into their village to arrest family members of an alleged attacker, said a local official.
Residents confronted the soldiers near the home of Ibrahim Halaseh, 25, who was gunned down this morning after he allegedly rammed his car into an army checkpoint in the south of the West Bank and stabbed a soldier, said member of al-Sawahre village council Yunis Jafar.
The forces came to the Halaseh home to search his home and arrest family members, he said.
The Israeli forces fired rubber bullets and teargas at the stone-throwing youths, injuring some. One person was injured from broken glass after a bullet hit the windshield of his car and was rushed to hospital, said the Red Crescent.

A Palestinian fisherman was wounded on Tuesday morning when the Israeli occupation navy opened fire at him off the coast of al-Sudaniya area, north of the Gaza Strip.
A local committee documenting Israeli violations against Gaza fishermen said that 25-year-old fisherman Ziyad Baker was injured by a rubber bullet in his head and received medical assistance at al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.
The committee added that naval forces on a gunboat fired some rubber bullets at Baker and his boat and detained him for a while before letting him go.
Israeli naval forces and their gunboats are around Gaza fishermen almost every day, harassing them, shooting at them, damaging their boats, and making arrests. Sometimes fishermen are injured or killed during gunfire attacks.
Under the 1993 Oslo accords, Palestinian fishermen are permitted to fish up to 20 nautical miles off the coast of Gaza, but since then Israel has kept reducing the fishing area gradually to a limit between six to three nautical miles as part of its blockade on Gaza.
