Palestinian bleeds to death, another wounded by IOF in Ramallah
A Palestinian youth was shot and killed Wednesday evening and another was critically injured in the head in two separate attacks by the Israeli occupation army in Ramallah province, in the central West Bank.
According to Hebrew-speaking sources, the Israeli soldiers opened fire at a Palestinian youth after he attempted to ram his track into soldiers deployed near the illegal Israeli settlement of Adam, built on Palestinian lands in Ramallah’s eastern village of Jaba’.
Speaking with PIC, eye-witnesses said the casualty was left bleeding on the ground without assistance until he breathed his last right on the spot.
No injuries were, meanwhile, reported among the Israeli soldiers.
The Palestinian Health Ministry identified the casualty as 24-year-old Hussein Salem Abu Ghush, a native of Jerusalem’s refugee camp of Qalandiya.
Pictures circulated on Hebrew-speaking news sites showed the vehicle as being parked a few meters away from the alleged car-ramming attack scene, which proves that the incident was an ordinary traffic accident and that the Palestinian driver had no intention of attacking the Israeli soldiers.
The murder occurred a couple of hours before another Palestinian youth was shot and injured in the head by the occupation soldiers as he was driving near Ramallah’s northwestern village of Aboud.
The Israeli army claimed the youngster opened fire at an Israeli military watchtower near Aboud’s bypass road.
The Israeli army spokesman said a firearm of the Carlo brand was spotted in the driver’s car.
The Hebrew-speaking 0404 news site said the youth has been in a critical condition. However, no injuries were recorded among the Israelis.
The injured driver was evacuated to the Tel Hashomer hospital for urgent treatment.
Israeli military troops were summoned for reinforcement and cordoned off the scene before they carried out large-scale combing operations.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said it has been keeping tabs on the health status of the injured driver.

Lieberman addressed the possibility of an additional conflict during an INSS conference: "The IDF's orders are to go in full force.' Lieberman also addressed the approval to construct thousands of housing units in the West Bank and said of the Palestinians: 'There is no legitimate leader with whom to make peace.'
At a conference held by the Institute for National Security Studies on Tuesday, Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman said that the IDF's orders are to "go in full force." "If the other side doesn't yield and raise a white flag, we don't stop."
Lieberman also addressed the decision to approve the construction of about 2,500 housing units in Judea and Samaria and connected it to Donald Trump's taking office as the president of the United States: "There is nothing new about it, we have always constructed, including under the Obama administration."
Lieberman criticized Palestinian President Mahmoud "Abu Mazen" Abbas, saying, "There is no one there to actually sign a dramatic agreement with that would change reality. We need a powerful leadership with sway in the field, but Abu Mazen is not a legitimate leader."
He continued to say that "there is no Palestinian Authority. It doesn't exist. We keep forgetting the fact that the Gaza strip is ruled by Hamas and not by the PA."
"There were many good people who worked on an agreement. Why couldn't they work out the problem? It would be impossible to offer Abu Mazen more than what Olmert offered him in Annapolis, including dividing Jerusalem, rehashing the refugee issue, and the evacuation of the West Bank—everything. And what did we end up getting? A no."
Liberman was asked what he would advise President Donald Trump. "It isn't right to advise Americans. Let's not exaggerate. We are a small country and they are a world power," said Liberman and verbally attacked the European countries: "I advise the Europeans, Americans and Russians to first of all steer clear of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Whoever wants to help solve the conflict should first forget the excessive involvement of the rest of the world powers, mainly that of Europe. It is mostly disruptive."
Regarding the Elor Azaria case, Lieberman said, "I don't know whether the soldier did the right thing or not. That is not my job. Again, I advise everyone to accept and respect the military court's decision even if we are not very comfortable."

Israeli planes Tuesday morning sprayed pesticides over Gaza crops and homes located in the border line area in Khuzaa, Wadi al-Salka, east of al-Buraij and south of Gaza.

Three Palestinians suffered injuries when Israeli policemen violently attacked “the march of anger” that was held on Saturday evening in Ar’ara town, northwest of the Green Line, in protest at the recent demolition of Palestinian homes.
According to Arab 48 website, more than 10,000 Palestinians participated in the march, which was called for by the High Follow-up Committee for Arab citizens of Israel and Arab parties and groups.
The march was staged to protest the racist demolition policy pursued by Israel against the Palestinians in general and the recent demolition of homes in Qalansuwa town in the Triangle and Umm Hiran village in the Negev in particular.
Photojournalist George Debs reportedly suffered an injury in his abdomen from a sponge-tipped bullet and two protestors were badly hurt during the police assault on the march.
During an oratorical festival held on the sidelines of the march, different speakers denounced what they described as Israel’s demolition crimes in Arab areas.
“This massive protest confirms our adherence to our right to live with dignity on our land. We have come here to give a thunderous cry against racism and against the killing practiced against us in cold blood,” Arab Knesset member Ayman Odeh stated in his speech.
“Living with dignity is our demand and right. This cry of ours is a cry of defiance against the demolition of our homes,” he added.
