The attack was carried out at the same time as Israeli army patrols raked through the borderline while drones had been hovering over the territory.
The Israeli occupation navy further targeted Palestinian fishermen and vessels sailing in northern Gaza shore with heavy spates of machinegun fire, inflicting remarkable material damage on fishing kit and the nearby civilian homes.
Israeli warplanes further carried out mock raids on the Gaza Strip, stirring a state of panic among children.
The attack is another episode in Israel’s violations of the Cairo-brokered ceasefire accord signed on August 26, 2014, in the wake of a large-scale military offensive on the coastal enclave.
