The Israeli occupation army on Sunday afternoon closed the entrance to al-Aroub refugee camp, north of al-Khalil city, with mounds of dirt and rocks.
A local source told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that an Israeli bulldozer escorted by soldiers closed the main road leading to the camp after a car boarded by Jewish settlers was attacked with stones.
The car was hurled with stones as it was traveling on Road 60 near the camp. The attack caused panic among the settlers and damage to their vehicle, according to the Israeli media.
Earlier, dozens of Orthodox Jewish settlers from Otniel settlement in al-Khalil organized a march to Road 60 in protest at the army's failure to protect settlers in West Bank settlements.

Israeli soldiers invaded, late at night and on Sunday at dawn, Sa’ir town, north of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, injured at least four Palestinians and kidnapped three others.
The army said it invaded the town after an Israeli settler was injured by live fire while driving on a bypass road.
Media sources in Hebron said dozens of soldiers invaded Sa’ir town, after completely surrounding and isolating it, and clashed with dozens of local youths, who hurled stones and empty bottles at the invading vehicles.
The soldiers fired dozens of live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs; medical sources said four Palestinians were shot with rubber-coated steel bullets, and scores suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.
The soldiers also stormed and violently searched many homes and stores, in addition to confiscating several surveillance tapes and equipment.
In Hebron city, the soldiers kidnapped Mahmoud Mohammad Motawe’, 20, after violently searching his home.
In addition, the army invaded the towns of Doura, Yatta, Sammoa’ and Tarqoumia, searched many homes and kidnapped Shadi Mohammad ‘Oleyyan, from Sammoa’, and Shadi al-Masri, from Tarqoumia.

A 30-year-old man was evacuated to Sha'are Zedek Medical Center on Saturday night after he was shot in Tekoa in the South Hebron area while driving in his car. Police continue their hunt for the perpetrators.
A 30-year-old man was wounded after being shot in a terror attack outside the settlement of Tekoa on Saturday night. He continued driving until he reached a juntion outside of the settelment where he was treated by IDF personnel.
The victim sustained injuries to his hip and was subsequently evacuated to Sha'are Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem in light-to-moderate condition.
Three bullets were found inside the car, indicating that the terrorist shot at the man from the side of the road.
Davidi Perl, Head of the Gush Etzion Regional council said, "We've had it up to here with the 'lone-wolf intifada.' We had a break, and now they have returned with firearms. The prime minister and defense minister need to make dramatic changes on the ground.
We can't have a situation whereby the residents of Judea and Samaria feel like they're driving through a shooting range. There needs to be a change, and there needs to be an immediate return of security to every citizen of Israel."
Israeli security forces immediately launched a manhunt for the terrorist/s who committed the attack. On Sunday morning the IDF encircled the refugee camp of Al-Arroub and Sa'ir in Gush Etzion. Skirmishes reportedly broke out in Sa’ir between Israelis security forces and young Palestinians.

In a separate incident, the Israeli Channel 7 said the army command ordered residents of the illegal Karnei Shomron settlement, to the east of Qalqilya province, to keep to their houses due to an underway security activity in the region, in reference to an alleged infiltration attempt into the settlement.

A Palestinian car hit an army vehicle causing it to overturn on Route 60, in the Gush Etzion section of the West Bank.

A woman attempted to stab a soldier providing security at a bus stop near Ariel; the soldier shot her and criticially injured her before anyone else could be hurt; she has been taken to an Israeli hospital for treatment.
A terrorist attempted to stab a soldier at a bus station on Route 5 near Ariel in Samaria on Tuesday night, shortly after 5:30. The IDF soldier that the terrorist was attempting to stab shot her, and nobody else was injured.
A large amount of Magen David Adom (MDA), police and IDF forces came to the scene after the event, and the paramedics provided first aid to the attacker before evacuating her to Beilinson Hospital in Petach Tikva in critical condition. The would-be victim of the attack is a combat soldier from the Givati Brigade, and he was present at the bus stop to provide security.
Yossi Dagan, the head of the Samaria Regional Council, came to the scene. He said, "Stabbing, shooting and rock(-throwing) attempts will not stop until the Israeli government understands that terrorism must be handled with a firm hand. The response to an attack like this needs to be limiting the freedom of movement of Arabs on these roads—not because we wish them ill, but because we wish for security and our lives."
“I support our security forces who were quick enough to neutralize a terrorist who attempted to carry out an attack on Giti Junction. Their determination prevented soldiers and civilians from being harmed by the terrorist,” said Ariel Mayor, Eliyahu Shaviro.
This attempted attack comes after a recent escalation in the current wave of terrorism that has seen the murder of Hallel Ariel in her bed and Michael Mark before his wife and two of his children, who were all wounded.

Following the alleged attack, Israeli forces intensified their presence in the area and imposed a tight cordon around the nearby town of Hares, north of the city.

A Palestinian citizen at dawn Sunday managed to escape the scene after he attempted to ram his car into a group of Israeli soldiers in Binyamin area near Ramallah city.
According to the Israeli occupation army, the car drove away and entered one of the Palestinian villages in the area after the soldiers opened fire at it.
None of the soldiers was hurt in the vehicular attack. Immediately following the incident, the Israeli army closed the entrances to all Palestinian villages in the north and northwest of Ramallah city and launched a manhunt for the driver.
Local sources said that the army erected barriers at the entrances to those villages, including Abboud, Nabi Saleh, Umm Safa, Deir Abu Mash'al, Deir Nidham, Attara, and Ein Senia.

Israeli media sources claimed that a Palestinian man tried to carry out a stabbing attempt at Awarta checkpoint at the entrance to the city of Nablus, before being “neutralized”.
No Israelis were injured in the alleged stabbing attack.

Unidentified gunmen, believed to be from the Palestinian resistance, opened fire at two Israeli cars after midnight on Tuesday, with no reported casualties.
According to the Hebrew radio, the two cars came under gunfire attack near Halamish settlement, north of Ramallah. One of the vehicles sustained material damage.
Local eyewitnesses said that a large number of Israeli troops rushed to the scene and stormed the nearby town of Deir Abu Mash'al, where they raided homes and stores and confiscated video recordings of security cameras.

The commander ordered the car to stop for inspection, but it kept driving, prompting the officer to fire warning shots into the air, the police claimed.
Then, a civilian security guard at the checkpoint noticed a truck following the vehicle and veering from the road. He opened fire at the truck's wheels, failing to stop it.
The checkpoint commander was seriously injured in his back, apparently from ricochets from the security guard's fire, and taken to hospital for treatment.
Following the incident, the police started to search the area for the two vehicles. It is still unclear whether there was any connection between the truck and the stolen car.

A stolen vehicle and a truck managed to break through a Border Police checkpoint and enter the West Bank on Saturday morning.
The vehicle arrived at the Mizmoriya checkpoint near Jerusalem's Har Homa neighborhood, where it was identified as stolen by the Border Police officer in command of the checkpoint.
The commander ordered the car to stop for inspection, but it kept driving, resulting in the officer firing warning shots into the air.
A civilian security guard at the checkpoint noticed a truck following the vehicle and veering from the road. He opened fire at the truck's wheels, failing to stop it.
The checkpoint commander was moderately injured in his back, apparently from ricochets from the security guard's fire, and taken to hospital for treatment.
The Border Police is investigating the incident, which is believed to be criminal in nature, and has been searching the area for the two vehicles. It is also unclear whether there was any connection between the truck and the stolen car.
