The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) has reported that its medics provided treatment four Palestinians who were shot with rubber-coated steel bullets.
The PRCS added that a fifth Palestinian was injured after falling while the soldiers were chasing him.
Many Palestinians suffered the effects of teargas inhalation and received the needed treatment.

A large Israeli army force raided early this morning the city of Ramallah, the de facto capital of the Palestinian Authority and seat of its president and government, and an archeological site in the north of the occupied West Bank, according to sources.
Witnesses said the forces raided several neighborhoods in Ramallah while youths pelted them with stones and shot fire crackers at the army vehicles.
The soldiers responded by opening gun fire and shooting teargas canisters in their direction. There were no reports of injuries.
The soldiers also raided Amari refugee camp in the city and detained a 20-year-old youth after raiding and ransacking his family home.
This is the first raid of Ramallah since the Palestinian Authority has ended security coordination with Israel on May 19.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces raided the archeological town of Sebastia in the north of the West Bank, said Mohammad Azem, the mayor of Sebastia, and ordered the archeological site closed to visitors without giving any reason for its action.
He said that the town has repeatedly been attacked and raided by both Israeli settlers and forces in a clear attempt to take control of the area.

Two Palestinian workers were injured today during a pursuit by Israeli soldiers near the separation barrier in the north of the West Bank, according to local sources.
They told WAFA that Israeli soldiers chased a number of workers near the village of Anin, west of Jenin, as they apparently were trying to enter Israel through the separation barrier in search of work.
Two of the workers fell off cliff during the pursuit and suffered fractures and bruises. They were detained and taken to hospital in Israel, said the sources.

Confrontations renewed on Friday evening between Palestinian protesters and Israeli police in Jaffa over a plan to demolish an ancient Muslim cemetery to build a Jewish shelter. video

The procession started from the center of the village, and headed towards the illegal Annexation Wall, isolating the villagers from their own lands, before the soldiers started firing a barrage of gas bombs, concussion grenades, and rubber-coated steel bullets.
Medical sources said dozens of residents suffered the effects of teargas inhalation, and a few others sustained cuts and bruises; they all received the needed treatment without the need for hospitalization.
Some of the concussion grenades and gas bombs caused many trees and farmlands to catch fire before Palestinian firefighters rushed to extinguish them.

Israeli armored tanks last night destroyed a water pipe serving Palestinian communities in the northern Jordan Valley region, northeast of the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.
Derar Sawafta, member of the local council of Bardala village, in the northern Jordan Valley, told WAFA that a 200-meter-long water pipe was destroyed as the Israeli armored vehicles ran over it during a military exercise, which involved the use of gunfire, in the area.
In the meantime, dozens of armored vehicles deployed for the first time at the outskirts of the villages of Tayasir and al-Aqaba, east of Tubas town.
Palestinian residents of the Jordan Valley regularly face evictions due to Israeli military exercises on or near their land. Only last month, Israeli forces evicted the village’s population three times for the same purpose.
The majority of the Jordan Valley is under full Israeli military control, and at least 44 percent of the total land in the Jordan Valley has been appropriated by Israeli forces for military exercises.
