The Israeli occupation forces at daybreak Sunday stormed Ramallah’s northern town of Kober and showered the area with randomly-shot spates of bullet fire.
A PIC news correspondent said dozens of Israeli soldiers broke into civilian homes in Kober, the hometown of the Palestinian prisoner Omar al-Abed, who carried out the Halamish anti-occupation attack.
The assault triggered a state of panic among women and children. Civilian foodstuff was heavily damaged in the process.

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Sunday opened fire at a Palestinian car to the south of al-Khalil city.
A local source reported that the driver of the targeted car managed to leave it and disappear, and no injuries were reported.
Reinforcements were summoned to the scene in search for the driver. The IOF did not disclose the reason behind the attack though in most cases the IOF soldiers open fire at the drivers who fail to obey the soldiers' orders to stop.

Israeli soldiers abducted, Saturday, a 60-year-old Palestinian woman at a military roadblock near Ni’lin village, west of the central West Bank city of Ramallah.
The army claimed that the soldiers opened fire at the woman, after “suspecting that she intended to stab them.”
The woman was not injured, but lost consciousness before the soldiers took her prisoner.
The identity of the woman, her health condition and the location she was moved to, remain unclear, due to Israel’s policies of withholding information.

A Palestinian boy was injured on Friday as Israeli occupation forces (IOF) quelled the anti-settlement weekly march of Kafr Qaddum to the east of Qalqilya.
Popular Resistance Committee in Kafr Qaddum said that the 14-year-old Yousuf Amer was shot with a rubber-coated metal bullet in the abdomen.
Peaceful marches take place in Kafr Qaddum on a weekly basis to demand the re-opening of the village's main road which has been closed for more than 14 years.

At least 15 Palestinians were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) from the West Bank at daybreak on Thursday.
Four Palestinian young men were kidnapped by the IOF from Nablus province. Another youth sustained leg injuries in clashes that burst out shortly after the occupation troops rolled into the area.
A number of Palestinian protesters choked on teargas moments after the occupation troops stormed Qalqilya province.
The IOF further wreaked havoc on civilian homes and subjected the residents to intensive questioning.
Meanwhile, Israeli military troops stormed Zabouba town, west of Jenin, and set up a military checkpoint, where Palestinian civilians were subjected to harsh crackdowns.
The Israeli army claimed, in a statement, responsibility for the abduction of 15 Palestinians at the crack of dawn.
At the same time, the occupation soldiers stormed the office of al-Hurriya radio station in al-Khalil and ruled that it be closed for six months.
The Israeli troops seized broadcasters, cameras, laptops, and audio devices. They further blew up the gates of two closed rooms in the office.

Israeli soldiers invaded, on Wednesday at dawn, several Palestinian communities in the West Bank governorates of Tulkarem, Ramallah and Bethlehem, broke into and searched many homes, and abducted eight Palestinians.
The Tulkarem office of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS), in northern West Bank, said the soldiers invaded and searched homes in Rameem village, east of Tulkarem, and abducted Hazem Nidal Salman, 22.
It added that the soldiers also abducted Nihad No’man Mdallal, 24, from his home in Kafr Sur village, south of Tulkarem.
In addition, the soldiers invaded Beit Rima town, northwest of Ramallah, abducted a local folk singer, identified as Mohammad Mahmoud Barghouthi, and Naji Ali Rimawi, after searching their homes.
It is worth mentioning that the soldiers attacked Barghouthi’s mother, causing cuts and bruises, before local medics moved her to a hospital.
Clashes took place between the invading soldiers and many local youngsters, who hurled stones at the military vehicles.
Furthermore, the soldiers invaded Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem, searched homes and abducted Hmeid Mahmoud Taqatqa, 50, and his brother Hatem, 40, in addition to Yousef Ahmad Taqatqa, 26.
The soldiers also invaded Husan town, west of Bethlehem, and abducted Ghassan Mohammad Hamamra, 22, from his home.

It added that the soldiers fired many live rounds, and used smoke screens to conceal their vehicles while bulldozing the lands.
The Israeli army carries out repeated invasions into Palestinian lands, close to the border fence, in the northern and eastern parts of the besieged Gaza Strip, and prevent the farmers from entering their lands.
Such attacks are frequently accompanied by assaults targeting Palestinian fishers and their boats, in Gaza territorial water, leading to casualties, abductions and property damage.

An Israeli army spokesman in a statement on Saturday unveiled the launch of a new battalion assigned to take photos of the Palestinians participating in anti-Israel demonstrations, especially Friday demonstrations.
He said that the battalion was established to identify the Palestinian demonstrators who throw stones and clash with the Israeli soldiers, adding that the photos and videos taken are later used to arrest these demonstrators.
The spokesman said that based on this process, soldiers were able to film 600 Palestinian demonstrators and arrest 200 of them in the first half of 2017 in different areas.
The statement noted that the pictures taken by this battalion's members are "accurate and sharp" and could be used as evidence in Israeli courts.

Israeli soldiers attacked, Friday, the weekly procession against the Annexation Wall and Colonies, in Kufur Qaddoum town, east of Qalqilia, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, and injured eleven Palestinians, including a child.
Morad Eshteiwy, the media coordinator of the Popular Committee against the Wall and Colonies in Kufur Qaddoum, said the soldiers used excessive force against the protesters, and fired many live rounds, gas bombs, concussion grenades and rubber-coated steel bullets.
Eshteiwy added that many at least eleven Palestinians, including a child, identified as Khalifa Riyad Eshteiwy, 11, were injured and received the needed treatment, following clashes that took place after dozens of soldiers invaded the town, and assaulted the weekly procession.

Local sources in Jenin city told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that Israeli soldiers stormed the Jenin refugee camp, kidnapped a citizen from his home and set up a military checkpoint on a road near Qabatiya town, south of the city.
In Tubas, several young men suffered from inhaling tear gas during dawn clashes with soldiers.

Israeli soldiers invaded, on Tuesday evening, the town of al-’Ezariyya, southeast of occupied East Jerusalem, attacked a family of a detainee, and caused many Palestinians to suffer the severe effects of teargas inhalation during ensuing clashes. The soldiers also invaded a home in Hebron city, and a mosque in Yatta nearby town.
The WAFA Palestinian News Agency has reported that the soldiers invaded the home of detainee Hasan Abu Reesh, in al-‘Ezariyya town, and ransacked it causing excessive damage, in addition to attacking his family.
The invasion led to clashes between the soldiers and many local youngsters, who hurled stones at the military jeeps, while the soldiers fired gas bombs and concussion grenades.
Medical sources said many Palestinians suffered the severe effects of teargas inhalation, and received the needed treatment by local medics.
In Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank, the soldiers invaded a home, owned by Abdul-Moghni Abu Turki, and violently searched it.
The soldiers also invaded a mosque in the center of Yatta town, south of Hebron, and thoroughly searched it.

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Tuesday stormed Qalqilya city in the northern West Bank and clashed with local young men.
Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that Israeli soldiers entered some neighborhoods in the city and engaged in skirmishes with local youths, who threw stones at them.
The soldiers, in turn, responded by firing tear gas at them to disperse them, while officers detained several citizens and interrogated them on site before letting them go.
Meanwhile, another Israeli military force set up a makeshift checkpoint on the road between Azzun and Kafr Thulth towns in Qalqilya and embarked on intercepting passing vehicles for search.
