Israeli soldiers shot and seriously injured, on Wednesday morning, a Palestinian woman near the Ibrahimi Mosque, in the center of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, after she allegedly “attempted to stab them.”
Media sources in Hebron said the soldiers shot the Palestinian woman and left her bleeding on the ground without allowing Palestinian medics to approach her.
They added that the soldiers closed the Ibrahimi Mosque to the Palestinians and installed many roadblocks in all surrounding areas, before completely sealing them.
According to the Israeli army in occupied Hebron, the Palestinian woman allegedly “pulled out and knife and attempted to stab an officer, before she was neutralized.” video
It claimed that, according to its preliminary investigation, the woman crossed several military roadblocks before she “attempted to stab the soldiers,” and added that the attack “appears to be preplanned.”

A Palestinian youth was injured on Monday evening after being shot by Israeli occupation forces in the Old City of Jerusalem for allegedly attempting a stabbing attack.
Eyewitnesses said that Israeli forces opened fire at a Palestinian youth in the Old City, injuring him in the arm, before they detained him. video video
Israeli media sources claimed that the detainee attempted a stabbing attack near al-Sahera Gate, one of the main entrances to al-Aqsa Mosque, but no injuries were reported.
The Israeli forces later closed al-Sahera Gate, assaulted the Palestinian citizens who were present in the area, and sprayed them with pepper gas.

Palestinian young men on Friday night attacked a car board by Jewish settlers with Molotov cocktails near Azzun town in the occupied West Bank.
Local sources told a reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that a group of youths gathered on the main road near Azzun town, east of Qalqilya, and threw fire bombs at a car carrying settlers.
Later, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) showed up and chased the young men, who fled away.
The IOF also set up some road checkpoints and closed all entrances to Azzun town.

Israeli soldiers abducted, on Thursday at dawn, four young Palestinian men, after injuring two of them, including one who suffered serious wounds, near the al-Am’ari refugee camp, in the central West Bank city of Ramallah.
Media sources said the soldiers opened fire at a Palestinian car near the refugee camp, and abducted the two young men, before moving them to an unknown destination.
The Israeli army claimed that the driver of the car “attempted to ram under-cover soldiers with his car,” and that he then stepped out of the vehicle “before attempting to attack them with a knife.
The invasion was carried out by at least twenty armored military vehicles, before the soldiers stormed and ransacked homes, and abducted two Palestinians, identified as Bara’ Badra, and Islam Nimir.
Palestinian seriously injured by Israeli gunfire in Am’ari camp
A Palestinian young man, from Occupied Jerusalem, was seriously wounded last night after Israeli soldiers opened fire at him on allegations that he carried out a car-ramming attack in Am'ari refugee camp near Ramallah city.
A statement released by the Israeli border police claimed the young man deliberately rammed his car into a military vehicle and caused material damage to it during the presence of its forces in Am’ari camp.
Although no one of the soldiers was injured in the collision, they cold-bloodedly opened fire at him.
In order to justify their shooting of the young man, soldiers claimed the young man was carrying a knife and intended to kill soldiers with his vehicle
Later, the victim was transferred in critical condition to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem. His identity is still unknown.
The incident happened after the Israeli occupation forces stormed the camp and arrested two Palestinian citizens at the pretext of their affiliation with a Palestinian faction and their involvement in activities against Israel.
The shooting incident also provoked local young men into hurling stones at the soldiers, who responded by opening fire at them upon their withdrawal from the camp.
However, local sources said later that two young men were injured, one critically, when soldiers opened fire at a car they were aboard in the camp.

A car boarded by Jewish settlers came under fire on Saturday evening on a road in Nablus in the northern West Bank.
According to the Hebrew media, the settlers’ car was shot at from a speeding car at nine o’clock in the evening on a road near the area of Gilad farms in the west of Nablus.
Later, other news reports claimed that a gunman riding a motorcycle opened fire at an Israeli car in the south of Nablus.
There is no information if the shooting attack injured settlers or caused material damage to the car.
Earlier on the same day, the Israeli occupation army said that a drive-by shooting targeted one of its posts near Tulkarem city.

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Friday kidnaped two Palestinian citizens and stole a sum of money during a campaign in the West Bank.
A spokesperson for the Israeli army claimed the two detainees were wanted by the security authorities in the West Bank, adding that over 10,000 shekels were confiscated by soldiers during the campaign in Kafr Jammal town in Qalqilya.
In a separate incident, the IOF blocked the main entrance to Azzun town in the east of Qalqilya after a Jewish settlers was allegedly injured in a stone-throwing attack on a nearby road.

Israeli police detained today a child believed to be 14 years of age at Chains Gate, one of the gates leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem’s Old City, after shooting but not injuring him, according to witnesses.
They said police held the boy to the ground before taking him away. video
They reported hearing shots fired but apparently they were directed in the air, and not at the boy, who was not immediately identified.
Police closed the gates to Al-Aqsa Mosque following this incident and prevented Muslim worshippers from entering it, prompting some to pray outside its wall.
