Palestinian farmers in the northern West Bank town of Aqraba, south of Nablus, complained on Monday that Israeli army military training, in their area, has destroyed their crops.
WAFA reported that, according to Yousef Dirieh, an activist in the anti-settlement committee of Aqraba, the Israeli army was conducting training with live ammunition in Khirbet al-Tawil, an area in Aqraba.
He said that the exercises are being conducted in the vicinity of residential homes and between them, and in agricultural land, destroying crops and causing serious loss to farmers.

The Israeli occupation army on Monday launched military exercises near Aqraba town near Nablus in the northern West Bank.
Anti-settlement activist Yousef Deiriya said that panic prevailed among the Palestinian citizens in Khirbat al-Tawil when the Israeli army started heavy artillery training in the early morning hours near their houses.
Deiriya pointed out that the Israeli army conducts military exercises from time to time in the West Bank destroying large tracts of the Palestinian lands.
He added that the Israeli occupation forces target Khirbat al-Tawil on a regular basis, explaining that they have demolished a large number of houses and structures in the village for allegedly being unlicensed.
The Palestinian activist noted that Khirbat al-Tawil and the surrounding areas have the most fertile agricultural lands overlooking the Jordan Valley. That's why Israel is attempting to force the Palestinian citizens there to leave the area.

Palestinian Haytham Abusabla, 24, was practicing a right that is guaranteed by all laws and charters, by taking part in a peaceful demonstration that calls for the right of return to his land, from which his ancestors were displaced. He was calling on the whole world to lift the siege imposed on Gaza, chanting: “Enough injustice, oppression and arrogance.”
To the east of Khuza'a village, east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza Strip, the 24-year-old along with thousands of Palestinian women, children, men and elderly were calling for their rights, their dignity, their land and their Jerusalem.
As time passed, and with the passing of every second, a person would fall on the ground after being sniped down, telling a story of heroism, redemption, and unity, and leading an epic battle with an enemy that does not respect ethics or laws.
Unexpectedly, Haytham Abusabla was hit by a tear gas canister that pierced his face and mouth, breaking his teeth, and opening a gap in his face, and putting him on life support at Nasser hospital in Khan Younis.
The scene was painful, as reported by some of the people who witnessed it, and as the photos posted by activists on social media sites revealed it.
Perhaps words can’t describe what happened, as they fail to depict the savagery of the criminal Israeli army.
Our dear readers, here are some photos of the painful shooting. The PIC refrains from publishing some of these photos, because of their shocking severity. Take a look!

When Red Crescent medics arrived, the soldiers prevented them from providing Sabarna with the urgently needed treatment, and he bled to death, before the soldiers placed his corpse in a black plastic bag and took him away.”
