Israeli soldiers kidnapped, on Thursday at night, three Palestinians in Huwwara town, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, after several residents prevented a number of Israeli colonists from invading their town.
Local sources said many Palestinians intercepted the colonists, who infiltrated into their town, before the soldiers invaded it, assaulted many residents and kidnapped three of them.
The sources added that dozens of soldiers have been deployed in Huwwara and around it.
Residents confront settlers guarded by soldiers in Huwara town
Violent clashes broke out on Thursday evening between Palestinian citizens and Jewish settlers escorted by soldiers in Huwara town, south of Nablus city.
Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that dozens of settlers stormed and closed the main street of Huwara town under military protection at the pretext of protesting stone-throwing attacks on Israeli vehicles.
The presence of settlers and soldiers in the town provoked dozens of residents to rally on a road near the intersection of Einabous village, carrying Palestinian flags. Soon later, the situation developed into clashes between the two sides.
According the sources, the soldiers fired tear gas to disperse the Palestinian protesters and arrested a young man named Asem al-Hawwari during the events.
In recent weeks, settlers from the illegal settlement of Yitzhar have escalated their attacks and provocative acts against the Palestinians in Huwara town and nearby areas.

A group of Israeli settlers set fire Thursday evening to dozens of dunums of Palestinian-owned agricultural lands planted with olive trees near the Qablan junction, south of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank.
Eyewitnesses told a PIC reporter that several settlers from the Israeli settlement of Rachalim illegally built on Palestinian lands near al-Sawiya village set fire to dozens of dunums of farmlands.
Large parts of the surrounding area quickly caught fire due to the heat, causing dozens more olive and other trees to burn, the sources added.
According to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, there has been a total of 49 reported settler attacks against Palestinians and their properties in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem since the start of 2016, and a total of 221 attacks in 2015.

A group of Israeli extremists assaulted the Pentecostal prayer procession in Jerusalem this week, shouting and trying to occupy Mount Zion to keep the Christians out.
The Israeli police arrested five demonstrators who locked themselves in the holy site known as King David’s Tomb before the Christian procession arrived.
The protesters consisted of right-wing religious Jewish Israelis who wore traditional Jewish yarmulkes on their heads as they screamed and shouted at the Christian worshipers, and tried to physically attack them.
Israeli police blocked the crowd of several dozen demonstrators, but some got through and hit some of the Eastern Orthodox Christian worshipers, according to local sources.
The Pentecostal procession is an annual event in which Eastern Orthodox Christians pray at the presumed site of the Last Supper.
According to the Israeli paper Ha’aretz, one ultra-Orthodox protester who identified himself as Tzvi told them, “It hurts me that they are letting these goyim (non-Jews) come here. It hurts me that these evil men, who have oppressed the Jews throughout history, are being allowed to contaminate our holy sites. And it hurts me even more that the police, led by our Jewish government, are allowing them to do so.”
Although King David’s Tomb is supposed to be open to people of all religions to pray, it has unofficially been turned into a synagogue, and Jewish rabbis prevent any non-Jews from entering, apart from five times a year when Christians are allowed to enter to commemorate holy days.
As the procession, consisting of many members of the Eastern Orthodox hierarchy, made its way up Mt. Zion to the Room of the Last Supper, the Israeli protesters shouted, “We will tear down this abomination! You are evil!”
The Christian elders and brothers stayed in the tomb only a few minutes, and were met by loud booing and hissing the whole time. As they left, the Israeli daily Ha’aretz reports that one ultra-Orthodox demonstrator shouted, “The goyim got their way this time. But they won’t the next time. King David lives forever! The people of Israel live forever!”

The Israeli occupation police on Wednesday forced the family of martyr Abu Ihab Hashima to remove a sebil (public water fountain) from the wall of their house on a street in the Old City of Occupied Jerusalem.
The family of Hashima had to remove the sebil after the police threatened to forcibly demolish it and make it pay a heavy fine.
According to the family, the fountain was intended to provide water for the Muslim worshipers who go to the Aqsa Mosque through Aqabat al-Khalidiya street in the Old City.
The police took this measure after a horde of Jewish settlers living in an outpost on the street filed a complaint about it.
The removed fountain was located about four meters away from a memorial the settlers had built on the same street after one of them had been killed in al-Khalidiya neighborhood in 1988.

Dozens of Israeli settlers carried out Wednesday morning a provocative break-in into al-Aqsa Mosque under heavy police protection.
According to Quds Press, 55 Israeli settlers stormed the Mosque and toured the holy Islamic compound after entry via al-Magharibeh gate escorted by heavy armed police officials.
Palestinian worshipers started shouting Takbeer in protest against the settlers’ provocative break-in into their holy shrine during the holy month of Ramadan.
Meanwhile, Israeli police officers stationed outside of the compound checked the Palestinian worshipers’ identity cards before their entry into the Mosque.
Israeli authorities allowed settlers’ break-ins into al-Aqsa during Ramadan at a time when Muslims look forward to dedicating their time to fasting, prayer, and other spiritual activities in Al-Aqsa Mosque, one of the most sacred sites in Islam.
Extremist Settlers Continue to Storm Al Aqsa
Israeli settlers, on Wednesday, resumed their provocative visits to Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem.
WAFA correspondence said that small groups of extremist settlers, accompanied by an Israeli police escort, broke into the site during the morning, to perform rituals.
In the meantime, Islamic Waqf guards present at the site expelled a Jewish rabbi and his grandson, after they tried to pray Talmudic prayers theirs.
The al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem has become a flashpoint of the escalating conflict in recent months. It is the third holiest place for Muslims, and has since 1967 been the center of the ongoing Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
While it is widely known as Al-Aqsa Mosque, Jews refer to the site as the “Temple Mount” and believe it was the site of two Jewish temples destroyed in ancient times.

Israeli settlers set fire Tuesday evening to dozens of olive trees in Palestinian agricultural land near Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
A local agricultural committee affirmed that a group of settlers torched 100 acres planted with dozens of olive trees and wheat.
The attack came only ten days after a similar incident in the same area, the committee pointed out. 120 olive trees were completely burned during the attack.
Palestinian towns and villages in occupied West Bank are surrounded by Israeli settlements and outposts, many of which are protected by the Israeli military and have gained notoriety for being comprised of the most extremist settlers.
While Israeli forces will detain a Palestinian in the occupied West Bank for possessing a knife or gun, Israelis living in the same area are legally able to carry such weapons.
Rights groups have criticized Israel for implementing different legal systems for Palestinians and Israeli settlers living in the same area. Such practices, they say, protect the expansion of settlements while systematically eliminating the ability for Palestinians to move freely throughout their occupied territory.

It seems that we are standing in front an intensified zionist strategy to poison the wells of the Palestinians to commit genocide against them and force them out again from their homes and villages, like what they have already done for long as it was explained by the jewish historian Ilan Pappe.
This is not a new zionist technique but they have been using it since the inception of the zionist state as a mean to kill and ethnically cleanse the natives, as the zionists were the first to introduce and use the chemical weapons in the Middle East .In May 1948 the Zionist gangs besieged the well-fortified Palestinian city of Acre, which could stand the siege for a long time.
The city water supply came from a nearby village name Kabri through an aqueduct. To shorten the siege and to enter the city, the Zionist gangs injected typhoid in the aqueduct. Many Palestinians and some 55 British soldiers, who were in the city, got infected. This crime was called operation “Shlach Lachmecha” as described by the Israeli military historian Urin Milstein [Wendy Barnaby’s “The Plague Makers: The Secret World of Biological Warfare”, London, Vision Paperbacks, 1997, pp 114-116]
During the Ethnic cleansing of Palestine 1947-1948, this technique of poisoning the wells was used in different villages in Palestine- which was documented by both the International Red Cross and the British Mandate authorities- in a systematic way to cause panic and force the Palestinians out of their villages for the zionist settlers.
This was not the only case……….. on the 6th May of the same year, many cases of typhoid erupted suddenly in the area. The British Army and Red Cross medics found 70 cases of the disease. It was clear that the disease was coming from the water source and was not being caused by poor sanitation, as the Israelis claimed. A week before the British left Palestine, the British Mandate Authorities instructed the Arab residents of Israel to drink water only from the city’s wells. They started to chlorinate the aqueduct. The Zionists’ claim that poor sanitation caused the epidemic was dismissed when 55 British soldiers were also infected and rushed to the Royal Hospital in Port Said Egypt….
This didnt happen only during the ethnic cleansing of Palestine in 1947-8, but it followed for long after that. As an integral part of the ethnic cleansing process, the zionists used to raze the native villages and poison the wells to prevent any expelled native from coming back as an Israeli historian explained:
Israeli military historian, Uri Milstein, eclaims that during this period, “in many conquered Arab villages, the water supply was poisoned to prevent the inhabitants from coming back.” According to Milstein, the typhoid epidemic that occurred in the Palestinian village Acre before it fell to Jewish terrorists was a deliberate biological attack and not just a coincidence of war.
However, the criminal zionists continued, and are still continuing their criminality while the world is turning a blind eye, hoping for the beast to be tamed.
Sara Leibovitz-Dar is a persistent investigative journalist. The trauma experienced by her parents in their native Lithuania left an indelible mark on her. She abhorred injustice and, particularly, the meek acceptance of it. She investigated the Gaza and Acre poisoning and shooting down of the civilian Libyan aircraft. The Israeli military historian, Uri Milstein, identified for her the names of the officers responsible for biological crimes.
In the recent years, the zionist settlers have repeatedly poisoned the wells of the Palestinian villages in reported news killing hundreds of goats, sheep and cows where the the Palestinians herd their cattle, and the surprise is that none of the zionist settlers was arrested or accused in any crime.

Hundreds of Settlers Raid Al-Aqsa over RamadanSome 500 extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of Israeli police, have broken into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque since the beginning of holy month Ramadan, Islamic Waqf Department in Jerusalem reported Monday.
Feras Al-Debs, the representative of Information Office in the department, said in a press release that the settlers toured in the holy courtyards of Al-Aqsa mosque amid the presence of Muslim devotees who tried to bar the settlers from breaching the sanctuary of the Islamic holy site.
The head of Islamic Movement in 48 Palestine, Kamal Al-Khateeb, according to Al Ray, called on Muslims to mobilize in the Al-Aqsa courtyards to defend the site from settler attacks.
The occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip have witnessed a national uprising against Israeli occupation forces, in recent months, because of the continued raids on the mosque under the protection of Israeli occupation police.

Al-Aqsa Mosque is the third holiest site in Islam and is also venerated as Judaism’s most holy place. Disputes surrounding visitation to the site have historically flared tensions in the occupied Palestinian territory.
In 2003, the Israeli government unilaterally decided — despite the objections of the Islamic Endowments Department — to allow non-Muslim visitors into the complex.
Since then, under increasingly right-wing Israeli governments, extremist Jewish settlers have been allowed into the site in ever greater numbers — usually protected by Israeli security forces — while Palestinian access to the site has become increasingly restricted.
Christians outside of the Levant remain divided on the issue, as biblical end times prophecy states: “I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.” ~Revelation 21:22
However, settler attacks on Christian holy sites have been progressive in recent years, and are now on the increase, as well.

51 settlers storm the Aqsa Mosque
51 Jewish settlers, including 27 students, broke into the plazas of the Aqsa Mosque under the protection of Israeli policemen who opened the Magharebah gate for their incursion.
Quds Press revealed that the Aqsa guards forced Israeli policemen to get a settler out of the Aqsa after attempting to perform Talmudic rituals at the Muslims’ holy site.
Israeli police have been allowing settlers to storm the Aqsa Mosque during the holy Muslim month of Ramadan.
According to statistical reports conducted by Quds Press, 562 Jewish settlers have stormed the Aqsa since Ramadan started two weeks ago including soldiers, settlers, and students.

Channel 10's Oshrat Kotler stated after a settler sang on her program that 'no doubt he is a sane settler; it seems those types do exist'. Channel 10 says it spoke to Kotler who will formally clarify her comments during the next program.
Channel 10’s news anchorwoman Oshrat Kotler caused controversy on Friday night after stating, during a program in which a settler had just finished singing a song, that “he knows how to sing, to compose, and direct, there is no doubt that he is a sane settler. It seems that those types do exist, even from Yitzhar (a settlement in the northern West Bank).”
Kotler later apologized on the program’s Facebook page stating, “At the end of the report I decided to compliment Ezri Tovi, who sings well in my opinion, and I mentioned that it is good to know that there are sane settlers, in quotes, even in settlements such as Yitzhar.
"My intention was obviously to commend Tovi’s moderation, and that of many others like him, and I regret that my spontaneous wording was not successful and did not correspond with what I meant to say." Kotler added that she apologizes if she was not understood properly. "I certainly do not think that the settler community is insane, period.”
In light of the offense aroused by Kotler's comments, channel 10 said, "Channel 10’s CEO immediately had a talk with Oshrat Kotler, who apologized for the way she expressed herself. Kotler made it clear that she intended to support the moderate voices coming from the residents of Yitzhar. She will clarify this officially on next week’s program.”

Dozens of Israeli extremist settlers at dawn Sunday vandalized Palestinian lands in Nablus’ southern town of Hawara and called for murdering Arabs, sparking tension across the area.
Quoting eyewitness accounts, a PIC journalist said over 70 fanatic Israeli settlers, escorted by army troops, flocked to Hawara’s southern entrance while chanting racist slogans and calling for death to Arabs.
The Israeli settlers gathered in the area for over a couple of hours, provoking Arab and Muslim passengers by yelling insults and racist phrases.
Israeli sources claimed the move comes in response to anti-occupation stone-throwing by Palestinian protesters.

The Palestinian national office for the defense of land and resistance of settlement warned of the dangers and consequences of the Israeli rabbis’ advisory opinion permitting settlers to poison the running water in cities and towns of the West Bank.
In its weekly report, the office on Saturday pointed to the advisory opinion by Rabbi Shlomo Mlmad, the chairman of the so-called Council of Rabbis in West Bank settlements, which was disclosed by the Israeli organization 'Break the Silence'.
Yehuda Shaul, of Break the Silence organization, said that the aim behind poisoning water in the West Bank is pushing Palestinians to leave their towns and cities to pave the way for settlers who look forward to take over their lands.
