The Israeli occupation forces injured 23 Palestinians today during a crackdown on the town of Abu Dis, east of occupied Jerusalem, said the Palestinian Red Crescent (PRC).
The forces broke into the town on Friday evening provoking clashes with local Palestinian civilians, during which the former used gunfire, rubber-coated rounds and teargas to disperse them. video
The PRC said at least one of the wounded sustained a gunfire injury in the trunk, while six others sustained injuries from rubber-coated rounds, three sustained burns, and 13 sustained suffocation from teargas inhalation.
It said all of the wounded were treated at the scene of the clashes, with the exception of the man injured by live gunfire, whose case required hospitalization.

At least six Palestinians were injured today when Israeli occupation forces attacked them while protesting in the village of Asira ash-Shamaliya, north of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, against Israeli plans to confiscate large tracts of Palestinian-owned land in the area, medical sources said.
Dozens of protesters performed the weekly Friday prayer at a land near the village which the Israeli occupation authorities have been threatening to confiscate. A few days ago, illegal Israeli settlers placed two caravans in the area threatened with confiscation, prompting public fear among local Palestinians that the caravans were a prelude for the establishment of a new colonial settlement outpost in the area.

Israeli troops in the West Bank city of Hebron, south of the West Bank, cracked down on Thursday morning on a peaceful Palestinian protest, by unleashing dozens of teas gas canisters and firing rubber-coated steal bullets.
Local Palestinian sources in the city said that dozens of peaceful Palestinian protesters, including youths, took the streets of the Alzawy neighborhood, middle of Hebron, in protest against planned Israeli annexation of as 30 percent as large of the West Bank, as well as increased Israeli colonist settlers’ attacks on local Palestinian residents of Hebron. video
The sources added that Israeli troops, who are positioned in the neighborhood and other parts of the Hebron city, responded to the local protest by firing dozens of tear gas canisters and rubber-coated steel bullets, causing many protesters to suffocate.
No other injuries by rubber-coated steel bullets, were reported.
Noteworthy, a number of illegal Israeli colonial settlements are erected in the Palestinian Hebron city, with large Israeli army forces, providing protection to them. Hebron has always been considered as a flashpoint, give notable Israeli settlers’ assaults on adjacent Palestinian-populated neighborhoods.
Over the past couple of days, Palestinian populations, across the West Bank and Gaza Strip, took, in large numbers, to the streets, to express outrage against what Palestinians consider as an expansionist and occupying planned Israeli annexation of large swathes of the West Bank, mainly in the northern Alghwar area of the Jordan Valley.
The annexation was expected by July1, yet Israel did not embark on it, as Israel has been faced with stark international, Arab and Palestinian rejection.
Israeli media reports attributed the delay of annexation to deliberations within the Israeli political spectrum, as well as United States’ discussions with the Israeli side.
United States’ President, Donald Trump, presented in January of this year, his so-called deal of the century, which involves US’s approval of an Israeli annexation of large parts of the West Bank, in return for a disconnected Palestinian state, away from United Nations’ resolutions, which already recognize the whole West Bank , Gaza Strip and the Arab East Jerusalem, as occupied Palestinian territories.
United Nations, Arab and International players, had long-envisioned a two-state solution, based on which Israeli must withdraw from those territories and Palestinians can have a state of their own, with East Jerusalem as it’s capital.

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at daybreak Wednesday arrested scores of Palestinian citizens during home raids in the West Bank and Jerusalem. video video
Local sources reported that at least 25 Palestinian citizens, including a Palestinian detainee’s wife, were kidnapped from their homes in different areas in Jerusalem and the West Bank.
Violent clashes broke out between Palestinian youths and IOF soldiers as the latter raided al-Teira neighborhood in Ramallah.
The IOF soldiers heavily fired tear gas canisters and rubber-coated metal bullets at the youths. Many of them suffered tear gas suffocation and were treated in the field.
Residents of Jerusalem reported that the IOF on Tuesday night abruptly closed Qalandiya and Container checkpoints, north and south of Jerusalem City, and blocked the movement of Palestinian citizens for hours.

Violent clashes flared up on Tuesday when Israeli police forces raided and sealed off Obeid neighborhood in al-Isawiya town in Jerusalem.
Local sources said that fierce confrontations broke out between the Israeli police and angry Palestinian youths.
At least three Palestinians were injured after being beaten by the Israeli police.
Al-Isawiya has recently seen a rise in Israeli police attacks and arbitrary arrest campaigns, which are usually confronted by local residents with stone and Molotov cocktail throwing.

Israeli naval vessels attacked early on Tuesday morning a number of Palestinian fishing boats, off the coast of Gaza, while Israeli tanks rolled into the eastern parts of the coastal enclave.
Local Palestinian media sources in Gaza said on Tuesday that fishing boats, sailing off the coast of northern Gaza, were exposed to indiscriminate Israeli navy fire.
The sources added that the Israeli naval vessels forced few fishing boats, carrying several fishermen, to leave the shores immediately, shortly after they began their daily routine of earning a living, just three nautical miles, inside the northern sea area of Alsudaniya.
This new fresh attack by Israeli naval vessels is a part of a long series of Israeli navy attacks on fishermen, since Israel has imposed a marine siege on the coastal enclave, back in 2007. By then, Israel began restricting fishing into only 3 9 nautical miles, along the Gaza’s 45-km-long coast.
In the meantime, local sources and witnesses said today that Israeli army tanks and bulldozers invaded few tens of meters depth, into the eastern parts of the southern Gaza Strip city of Khan Younis, mainly in the Abbasan village.
The sources added that Israeli bulldozers, backed by tanks, began bulldozing in Palestinian-owned farm lands , amidst heavy indiscriminate army fire.
Also, witnesses in Alburaij refugee camp, in central Gaza Strip, confirmed that a number of Israeli army tanks, invaded the border area of Alburaij, rolling tens of meters, deep into Palestinian-owned farm lands. No further details were reported.

The border areas of Gaza are repeatedly exposed to Israeli military incursions and gunfire attacks, which prevents hundreds of farmers from working their lands near the security fence.
