An Israeli settler was injured on Tuesday evening in a stabbing attack in Gilo settlement, south of Occupied Jerusalem.
Maariv newspaper said that an Israeli settler was slightly injured after he was stabbed by an unknown person who is still at large.
Magen David Adom, Israel's national emergency and ambulance service, said that the wounded settler is 35 years old and described his injury as minor.
The Israeli police have not yet issued a statement on the incident and the motives behind it.

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Monday afternoon a Palestinian young woman at Qalandia military checkpoint to the north of occupied Jerusalem.
Israeli media sources claimed that the woman was stopped and searched by Israeli soldiers while trying to get through the checkpoint.
A knife was allegedly found in her bag, the sources added.
The detainee, 25, was immediately taken for investigation.

Angry Palestinian young men on Saturday attacked a bus carrying Jewish settlers on a road in northern al-Khalil in the occupied West Bank.
A reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said a group of youths hurled stones and empty bottles at a bus boarded by settlers at the main entrance to Beit Ummar town, north of al-Khalil, pointing out that the bus came from the illegal settlement of Efrat.
The reporter added that Israeli soldiers opened fire at the young men from a watchtower at the entrance to the town and closed the road for a while.
He affirmed that other soldiers aboard a jeep chased young men in nearby fields and captured a 16-year-old child.

Palestinian anti-occupation gunmen opened fire at an Israeli patrol at daybreak on Friday shortly after the latter rolled into the southern occupied West Bank province of al-Khalil and cracked down on civilians.
According to local sources, an Israeli troop stormed Abu Esneineh neighborhood, in al-Khalil, and ransacked residential alleyways, sparking panic in the area.
An Israeli military spokesman said the gunfire was unleashed while an army patrol was carrying out a search sweep in al-Khalil.
No injuries were reported among Israeli soldiers. The latter have been scouring Palestinian towns in the hunt for anti-occupation young men.

Palestinian young men on Wednesday night attacked an Israeli car carrying Jewish settlers with Molotov cocktails on a road near Azzun town, east of Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank.
Local sources told a reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that a car boarded by two settlers caught fire when local youths hurled two improvised flaming bombs at it.
Consequently, a large number of Israeli troops were dispatched to the area, where they launched a manhunt for the throwers and laid siege to Azzun town.

Two Israeli policemen were injured on Wednesday evening in an alleged stabbing attack in Occupied Jerusalem.
Hebrew TV channel 14 reported that two Israeli policemen were injured while the attacker sustained a moderate injury after he was shot by the police.
Other Israeli media sources claimed that a Palestinian youth stabbed an Israeli officer at a police station near Jabal al-Mukaber in Jerusalem.
The sources added that the police opened fire at the Palestinian youth injuring him and another police officer by mistake.

Three Israeli officers were allegedly ‘lightly’ wounded – and a fourth was shot by so-called ‘friendly fire’ when the officers opened fire on the suspect.
All of the officers, except for the one who was shot in the arm by fellow officers, were released from the hospital shortly after being admitted.

According to the Hebrew media, Palestinian gunmen targeted an Israeli bus near Beit El settlement, which led to the injury of the driver and one of the passenger.
Local sources reported that Israeli ambulances and military reinforcements rushed to the area, adding that the Israeli occupation forces closed the checkpoint of Beit El and prevented Palestinian vehicles from crossing.
They added that the IOF launched a manhunt for the shooters and fired flares as they combed the area.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave the green light, to the leader of the governing coalition in the Israeli Knesset, to pass a law on the Death Sentence for Palestinian detainees, Israel’s Channel 7 reported.
According to the channel, Netanyahu gave his approval to members of his Likud party to support the law on the execution of Palestinians held in Israeli jails, a law introduced by the Yisrael Beiteinu bloc headed by the Israeli Minister of Defense, Avigdor Lieberman.
