Israeli police forces on Thursday kidnapped the Arakib village elder and his two sons, sparking tension across the area.
Activist Saleem al-Arakib said clashes burst out between Palestinian locals and the Israeli policemen in the unrecognized Arakib village.
The Israeli policemen and border guards have been cordoning off the village and razing Palestinian lands for the fifth day running.
The activist urged Palestinians in 1948 Occupied Palestine and the human rights institutions along with the Arab MKs to intensify presence in the village and stand firm to the Israeli assaults on the village and its Bedouin inhabitants.
A number of children were rushed to hospital after they fell over during the clashes. Over the past six years, the Israeli authorities knocked down the Arakib village, which is one of 45 Palestinian villages in the Negev unrecognized by Israel, for over 100 times as part of a preplanned scheme of ethnic cleansing.

Hundreds of Israeli soldiers invaded, on Thursday at dawn, several communities in the Nablus district, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, violently searched dozens of homes, causing excessive damage, and kidnapped thirteen Palestinians, including security officers.
Media sources in Nablus said hundreds of soldiers invaded Kufur Qalil village, south of Nablus, approximately at three at dawn, before storming and ransacking many homes, including destroying walls, allegedly searching for weapons.
In a statement, the Israeli army said the soldiers found what it called combat equipment, including pistols and bullets.
The Nablus office of the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) said at least three of the kidnapped Palestinians are members of security forces with the Palestinian Authority.
The massive and violent invasions and searches of homes and property led to clashes between dozens of youngsters and the soldiers. The youths hurled stones and empty bottles at the invading army vehicles, while the soldiers fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs.
Medical sources said a young man was shot with a live Israeli army round, and suffered a mild-to-moderate injury.
The soldiers also broke into the home of a Palestinian police officer, identified as Ehad Joseph Mansour, and violently searched the property, causing excessive damage.

Local sources told a PIC reporter that four Israeli military bulldozers moved some 100 meters into southern Rafah city.
The bulldozers carried out razing operations in the border area under the protection of Israeli forces amid heavy flight of reconnaissance aircraft.
The incident came as part of Israeli nearly-daily violations of the ceasefire agreement reached in August, 2014 which ended Israel’s bloody aggression on Gaza.

Hundreds of Palestinians Wednesday bade farewell to the 12-year-old martyr Muhiyi al-Tabakhi who was killed by Israeli gunfire Tuesday evening in al-Ram town in northern Occupied Jerusalem.
Quds Press revealed that the participants in the funeral waved the Palestinian flag and chanted national slogans demanding avenging child Tabakhi.
He is the first martyr of the town since the beginning of Jerusalem Intifada which broke out in October 2015.
The child was shot by a rubber bullet on Tuesday and died of his wounds after doctors failed to save his life.
Meanwhile, clashes erupted in the town in the wake of his martyrdom resulting in the injury of four Palestinian youths by Israeli rubber bullets.
A fifth Palestinian man was injured when he fell during the clashes, according to medical sources.

Israeli soldiers fired, on Wednesday morning, several live rounds targeting Palestinian agricultural lands and farmers, east of Deir al-Balah city, in Central Gaza, wounding one.
The WAFA Palestinian News Agency said the soldiers, stationed on military towers across the border fence, fired many live rounds at Palestinian farmers, moderately injuring one of them.
Local medics rushed to the site of the Israeli attacks, and moved the wounded man to the al-Aqsa hospital, in Deir al-Balah.
The Israeli attack forced the farmers to leave their lands in fear of additional military escalation and violations.
It comes as part of repeated violations and assaults targeting the Palestinians in the besieged and improvised coastal region. Such attacks also include opening fire on Palestinian fishers and their boats in Gaza territorial waters.

Israeli navy and army forces, on Tuesday, opened heavy machine gun fire at Palestinian fishermen, injuring at least one, as they infiltrated Gaza’s borders.
WAFA correspondence said that Israeli naval boats opened fire towards fishermen, despite sailing within the six-nautical mile fishing zone offshore of Gaza’s al-Sudaniya area.
One of the fishermen was shot in the hand, causing him moderate injuries and necessitating his transfer to a hospital, for treatment.
One of the boats was also damaged. The fishermen were forced to return back to shore for fear of being detained, injured, or killed.
Meanwhile, four Israeli military tanks, accompanied by bulldozers, infiltrated the borders with Gaza and went almost 150 meters into Palestinian agricultural land to the east of al-Qarara area, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Forces razed the land and placed earth mounds in the area, while firing live ammunition and smoke bombs in all directions.

Israeli forces, on Sunday afternoon, broke into Aida refugee camp, north of Bethlehem, where they raided a cultural center and kidnapped a number of youth, causing clashes to erupt in the vicinity.
PNN correspondence said that soldiers broke into both the camp and Lajee’ cultural center, where they detained four youth., two of which were identified as ‘Aahed Munther Amira (20) and Firas Nasrallah (26), both who work at the center.
The two were reportedly installing a new children’s game at the center’s garden area.
Clashes broke out in the camp following the break-in.
Israeli forces have been carrying out such raids on the camp and the center for about week, now.

The accident happened on Road 60 between a truck driven by a Palestinian citizen named Hisham Abu Ayash, a resident of Beit Ummar town in al-Khalil, and an Israeli civilian car.
Eyewitnesses described the car crash between the two vehicles as "accidental."
Later, an Israeli military force arrived at the scene and started to open fire at the parked Palestinian truck and its driver before they rounded him up and took him to an interrogation center in al-Khalil, according to the eyewitnesses.
The accident happened on Road 60 between a truck driven by a Palestinian citizen named Hisham Abu Ayash, a resident of Beit Ummar town in al-Khalil, and an Israeli civilian car.

A Palestinian youngster was seriously injured Monday after allegedly carrying out an anti-occupation stabbing attack near Gush Etzion settlement illegally built north of al-Khalil to the south of the West Bank.
Israeli media sources said that a Palestinian young man was seriously injured after Israeli occupation forces opened their machinegun fire at him for allegedly stabbing two Israeli soldiers.
The two Israeli soldiers were immediately taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries, according to the sources.
The young man was arrested on the scene despite suffering serious gunshot injuries.
For its part, Palestinian Health Ministry affirmed that a Palestinian was injured in an Israeli shooting attack near al-Aroub refugee camp north of al-Khalil.

Five locals suffered gunshot injuries during the clashes including two minors. One of the injured youths is in very critical condition as he was hit with a live bullet in his chest, the sources added.
The prisoner Bilal Abu Zaid was arrested three months ago for allegedly being involved in an anti-occupation attack in occupied Jerusalem.

Local sources said the soldiers completely surrounded the town before invading it, and demolished the home of detainee Bilal Ahmad Abu Zeid, who stands accused of transferring weapons to three Palestinians who were killed in occupied Jerusalem, after carrying out a shooting attack, on February 3, 2016.
Deputy Governor of Jenin, Kamal Abu ar-Rob, said the soldiers invaded the town at 3:30 at dawn, before heading towards Abu Zaid’s home, and demolished it.
Medical sources said resident Abdul-Rahman Suleiman Abu ar-Rob, 20, suffered a serious injury after the soldiers shot him with a live round in his chest.
Three other Palestinians suffered mild-to-moderate wounds; they have been identified as Rami Zakarna, 20, was shot with a live round in the shoulder, Anwar Kamil, 17, live round in the leg, and Jawad Kamil, 16, live round in his abdomen. They were all moved to the Jenin Governmental Hospital.
Later, several armed resistance fighters briefly exchanged fire with the invading Israeli soldiers.
The three Palestinians who were killed during the shooting attack in Jerusalem, has been identified as Ahmad Rajeh Ismail Zakarneh, 22, Mohammad Ahmad Hilmi Kamil, 20, and Ahmad Najeh Ibrahim Abu al-Rob, 21.

Three other Palestinians suffered mild-to-moderate wounds; they have been identified as Rami Zakarna, 20, was shot with a live round in the shoulder, Anwar Kamil, 17, live round in the leg, and Jawad Kamil, 16, live round in his abdomen. They were all moved to the Jenin Governmental Hospital.
Later, several armed resistance fighters briefly exchanged fire with the invading Israeli soldiers.
