Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested a Palestinian youth while trying to cross the Gaza Strip border fence on Wednesday.
Quds Press quoted local sources as saying that an unarmed young man in his twenties tried to cross the border fence to the east of Breij refugee camp in central Gaza Strip but was detained by IOF soldiers.
They said that the soldiers fired at the young man but did not hit him, then ordered him to strip under gun threat before taking him away to an unknown location.
Infiltration attempts from the blockaded enclave into 1948 occupied Palestine had increased as of late looking for jobs. Dozens of young Gazans were rounded up since the start of 2016.
Earlier on Wednesday morning, IOF soldiers escorted five military bulldozers into central Gaza near Deir al-Balah, eyewitnesses told the PIC reporter, adding that they then proceeded northwards.

16-year-old Hamza Ikhlil was also kidnapped by the IOF from Beit Ummar town, to the north of al-Khalil. The Israeli army troops further stormed Jenin province and kidnapped two Palestinian youngsters following assaults on Qabatiya and Yamon towns.
Earlier on Tuesday evening three Palestinians were kidnapped by the IOF from Qabatiya town. The IOF soldiers rolled into Nablus and showered the Feraa refugee camp with teargas canisters and stun grenades, before they closed the main access road to the camp, blocking Palestinians’ movement in and out.
Ex-prisoner Abdul Rahman Aseida, 24, was kidnapped by the occupation soldiers from Tel town, to the west. Two Palestinian youngsters were, meanwhile, injured in clashes with the IOF at the Feraa refugee camp.
A number of protesters also choked on teargas while others sustained rubber bullet injuries in the clashes. In a related development, Palestinian citizen Zuheir Barakat Awda sustained critical injuries after he was aggressively attacked by the occupation troops in Qalqilya city.
Locals said the IOF soldiers stormed Awda’s family home and violently beat the man in the presence of his family members. The casualty was rushed to Darwish Nazal Hospital in Qalqilya before he was transferred to a specialized clinic due to the serious wounds inflicted in the attack.

The IOF attacked Muhamamd’s expectant wife, Hadeel, in her family home in al-Qalqilya. Her father Zuheir Barakat Awda sustained a critical brain hemorrhage after he was aggressively beaten by the IOF.
Both Hadeel and her father were rushed to the UNRWA hospital in Qalqilya for urgent treatment.
The father is still held in an intensive care unit. Al-Fekih family held the Israeli occupation authorities responsible for the lives of Hadeel and her father.
“Such an aggressive assault on four-month pregnant Hadeel and her father emanates from an Israeli attempt to take revenge on Palestinian anti-occupation protesters, dead or alive,” the family stated.

A PIC news reporter said the IOF soldiers rolled into Fer’oun town, in the northern West Bank city of Tulkarem, and rummaged into the home of the Palestinian citizen Majed Ahmad Abeid.
The latter was heavily beaten up in the process. All the family members who were indoors were subjected to exhaustive questioning.
A number of civilians were detained for long hours by the occupation troops before they were released sometime later.

The soldiers also shot and injured three Palestinian near Tubas, in central West Bank.
Palestinian medical sources in Qalqilia said the soldiers invaded the home of Zoheir Barakat, and violently assaulted him while searching his property, causing various serious injuries.
The sources added that the Palestinian was first moved to Darwish Nazzal governmental hospital in Qalqilia before he was transferred to another hospital out of Qalqilia due to the severity of his wounds.
In related news, several Israeli military vehicles invaded the al-Far’a refugee camp, south of the central West Bank city of Tubas, before the soldiers stormed and ransacked a number of homes.
The invasion led to clashes with local youths, who hurled stones at the military jeeps, while the soldiers fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs.

A guard at the holy al-Aqsa Mosque was aggressively attacked by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Tuesday morning.
According to a PIC journalist, the IOF soldiers heavily beat up the guard Majd Abideen. The guard was rushed to the Makasid hospital, in Occupied Jerusalem, for urgent treatment.
The Israeli occupation officers reportedly smoked cigarettes at the Mosque and subjected the supervision staff to psycho-physical crackdown.
The Israeli occupation police further prevented the members of the reconstruction personnel at al-Aqsa from repairing a water pipe.

Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that a large number of Israeli troops stormed al-Jadida town and embarked on questioning citizens, especially the young men, with no known reason.
The sources added that the invading troops also established a makeshift checkpoint at the entrance to the town and intercepted passing vehicles and citizens for search.
The IOF also raided the nearby town of Siris and erected barriers on a road between the two towns. No citizen was reportedly arrested during the IOF campaign in these towns.

The 22-year-old Palestinian Ramzi al-Khalil on Sunday was subjected to severe beating at the hands of Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) who attacked him in Beit Ummar town in northern al-Khalil and left him injured with bruises all over his body.
Local sources revealed that the IOF soldiers stopped the car of the young man and assaulted him.
When he tried to escape they chased him to the central market before they caught him and hit him again then got him chained and put in a military vehicle, the sources added.
The sources reported that he was released after inhabitants of the town pressured the Israeli troops who tried to intimidate people by shooting in the air.

Qian pointed out that the Israeli court refused an appeal filed by the inhabitants against the the demolition order and requested evacuation. This makes the implementation of razing the village a matter of time, he added.

The two detainees were identified as Yazan Hijazi and Mustafa al-Hasanat.
Immediately following these arrests, military reinforcements rushed to the camp and clashed with local young men, who threw stones and Molotov cocktails at the invading troops.
One soldier was reportedly injured when a stone hit his face. Homemade explosive devices were also detonated during the events, which caused a state of confusion and panic among the soldiers and prompted them to withdraw from the camp.

On Sunday evening, Israeli soldiers, stationed across the border fence, fired several rounds of live ammunition targeting Palestinian farmers in their own lands, east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
Eyewitnesses said the soldiers fired many live rounds into Palestinian lands close to the border fence, before a number of vehicles invaded them.
They added that the soldiers also opened fire at several homes close to the invaded area, causing property damage.

A Palestinian worker was shot and injured by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) overnight Saturday while on his way to Occupied Jerusalem.
According to a PIC news correspondent, the IOF set up an ambush for a group of Palestinian workers in Wad Abu al-Hums area, in eastern Bethlehem, as they were heading to their workplace in Occupied Jerusalem.
The Israeli soldiers fired random shots at the group of workers, wounding a 25-year-old youth with a rubber bullet in his back.
The youngster was evacuated to a local hospital for urgent treatment.
Meanwhile, the occupation troops rolled into Bethlehem city at the crack of dawn on Sunday and summoned the ex-prisoner Shadi Abu Akr for questioning after they stormed his family home in the Aida refugee camp.
The IOF further wreaked havoc on civilian homes and shops in eastern Bethlehem and seized surveillance cameras.
