The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) stormed Thursday afternoon Arraba town south of Jenin and investigated a number of local residents.
Local sources told PIC reporter that a number of Israeli patrols broke into the town and were deployed throughout its neighborhoods.
Local citizens were stopped and questioned during the raid, while a military checkpoint was erected at Jenin-Nablus road.
Palestinian vehicles were stopped and searched at the checkpoint.
On the other hand, Israeli forces arrested earlier today two brothers from Yabad town south of the city under the pretext of entering Israel without permit.

Five Palestinians were injured Wednesday afternoon as clashes broke out in Quds University in Abu Dis town east of occupied Jerusalem.
Local sources affirmed that Israeli police forces stormed the university amid heavy fire of teargas bombs which led to the outbreak of violent clashes.
Five students suffered teargas inhalation problems, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported.
Abu Dis town and Quds University have been recently targeted by Israeli police forces.

Israeli military drills have caused heavy material causes in the Jordan Valley over the past two days, local sources revealed.
Local residents told PIC reporter that heavy material losses caused to to Israeli forces who were conducting military drills in the area over the past two days.
Agricultural equipment and sheds were totally destroyed during the drills, they affirmed.
Rounds of military drills had been carried out in the local homes.
Over the past two days, Israeli forces carried out large-scale manoeuvres in the northern Jordan Valley, forcing Palestinians out of their homes.

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) stormed at dawn Tuesday the slain Palestinian Amjed Sukari’s house south of Nablus and confiscated his brother’s vehicle.
Family sources told the PIC reported that Israeli forces stormed two houses belonging to Sukari family and questioned Amjad's brother Majdi if his family receive any financial support from any Palestinian faction.
The Israeli forces also asked for the family’s bank accounts numbers before confiscating Majdi’s vehicle under the pretext of being stolen although he possesses the car registration papers.
Israeli forces filmed the two houses before withdrawing, threatening the family to “revenge on what their son did.”
The PA police officer Amjed Sukari, a father of four children, was shot and killed in January 2016 for carrying out an alleged shooting attack near Ramallah.

The Israeli occupation army claimed, in a statement, responsibility for the abduction of three Palestinians from Nablus, two among whom affiliated with Hamas Movement.
A PIC news correspondent said the IOF rolled into the Balata refugee camp in eastern Nablus and kidnapped 50-year-old Jaber Aweis after they wreaked havoc on his family home.
Aweis’s eldest son said the IOF stormed the camp at 2 a.m. and cordoned off the family home before they kidnapped his father on account of his affiliation with Hamas.
He added that his father had been kidnapped in five earlier occasions by the IOF and that he was last released in February.
The family voiced deep concern over Aweis’s health status, after medics diagnosed him with sight disorders caused by Israeli bullet shrapnel. He had undergone medical surgeries both inside and outside Israeli jails.
The IOF further rummaged into the home of ex-prisoner Mootassem Abdul Aal in Balata camp.
Youngster Anas Hamdan was kidnapped by the occupation soldiers from his family home in al-Ein camp, to the west of Nablus.
At the same time, the IOF ravaged civilian homes in Qaryout town, to the southeast of Nablus.
Member of the local village council Bashar Al-Qaryouti said the IOF subjected several minors to exhaustive interrogation.

Rounds of military drills have been carried out by the IOF near civilian homes, sparking panic in the area.
Speaking with PIC, activist Ibrahim Daraghma, from Yarza town, in Tubas, said the Israeli soldiers have scoured the area all the way through the drills and turned it into a shooting trial field.
The drills blocked the movement of Palestinian vehicles and passengers out of and into the area.
A few days earlier, the IOF ordered the Palestinian inhabitants to evacuate their homes from Monday morning to Tuesday afternoon for military maneuvers.

Israeli soldiers shot, on Monday, a Palestinian day laborer in Wadi al-Hummus area, near the al-Khass and an-No’man villages, east of the West Bank city of Bethlehem, as he was trying to enter Jerusalem for work.
Mohammad Awad, the head of the Emergency Unit at the Palestinian Red Crescent (PRC) in Bethlehem, said the soldiers shot Mahmoud Salah, 31, with a live round in his right leg.
He added that Red Crescent medics rushed to the scene, and provided the man with the needed urgent aid, before moving him to Beit Jala government-run hospital, in Bethlehem. Salah’s wounds were described as moderate-but-stable.
It is worth mentioning that many Palestinian workers have been shot, and others abducted, by the soldiers in this area, and various parts of the Bethlehem district.

The Israeli occupation police on Sunday evening kidnapped two Palestinian young men from the streets of east Jerusalem.
According to local sources, Israeli policemen rounded up a young man identified as Mohamed Abu Asnainah after searching and brutalizing him in Bab al-Amud (Damascus Gate) area.
A Palestinian citizen was able to photograph the young man as he was being bullied by a group of policemen.
Another young man from Ramallah city was also detained by the police during his presence in al-Qattanin market in the Old City of Jerusalem.
The police said they arrested him for not carrying a permit allowing his entry to the holy city.
Meanwhile, an Israeli police force set up a makeshift checkpoint at the western entrance to Issawiya district in east Jerusalem and embarked on searching vehicles.
In a separate incident, three Israeli soldiers suffered injuries on the same day during violent clashes with young men in al-Ram town, northeast of Jerusalem.
Local sources said the soldiers responded by firing rubber bullets and tear gas grenades at the young man during their campaign in the town.
Soldiers also stormed Hizma town, northeast of Jerusalem, which provoked clashes with local young men.
No arrests were reported during the Israeli campaigns in the towns of al-Ram and Hizma.
